THE OFFICE FOR THE SUPERVISION OF SOLICITORS
Geoffrey Scriven reported an opposing solicitor, Beth Dalia Wilkins, [Davies Arnold Cooper and Pannone & Partners] to the OSS when it was the Solicitors Complaints Bureau. (SCB) He accused her of lodging a fraudulent document in court. The SCB "investigated" the complaint and accepted Wilkin's denial. Subsequently Mr Scriven proved that Wilkins had been guilty of fraud and perjury. He sued Wilkins, the Law Society and the SCB but was denied justice by what he terms "the Jewish Mafia" in Manchester District Registry. Costs of £1695:93 were awarded against Mr Scriven on 16 November 1998, the sum to be paid by 30 November 1998. On 20 January 1999 the OSS wrote to Mr Scriven demanding payment of the costs even although it knows that the Crown Court has accepted that Wilkins was guilty as alleged.
As part of the ongoing Porter corruption scandal in Westminster City Council a complaint against its solicitor, C T Wilson was lodged with the OSS. The council unlawfully sought to have the complainer evicted from his home. (Notice of 22 January 1999 received on 8 February 1999). Ten weeks before the OSS was due to investigate the complaint a lady from the OSS telephoned the complainer on 10 February and stated that she had to reject the complaint because Wilson was not acting for the complainer but for the council. The complainer explained to her that the council was acting for the citizens of Westminster and that he was a citizen. The lady went on to discuss a variety of matters and demonstrated clearly that she had been in touch with Wilson. She promised the complainer a written statement. That statement has not been received. Porter's appeal is due to be heard soon!
So the OSS, in the Scriven case, investigated an opposing solicitor but in the Westminster case made the excuse that it accepted complaints only against solicitors who had acted for complainers. Not everybody knows this.
WHY THE BLAIRS MARRIED

TWO CRANKS - BLAIR AND BANKS
Banks crosses his fingers to ward off evil spirits when he swears the parliamentary oath. Blair, as a devout Catholic and Protestant, believes in life after death. Both of them will shovel shit in order to get SoundBits or a photo opportunity. They jumped in when Glen Hoddle expressed the view that there was life before birth. Hoddle could have been suggesting that the Good Lord arranged for some people to be handicapped in order to teach those not afflicted to be compassionate. The two politicians were the ones who insulted the disabled by the inference that the disabled could not defend themselves against such nonsense. Note also that Mrs Blair wears a good luck bracelet to ward off evil spirits. They are truly a bunch of weirdos and wicked weirdos at that.
Who, if anyone, insulted or hurt the disabled? It was the newspaper owned by Blair's friend, Rupert Murdoch.
Another one who put her oar in was the repulsive Margaret Hodge. She is the left wing socialist who converted to New Labour capitalist. She quoted the views of the majority of the people. The majority of the people want income tax increased, the price of food and other consumables reduced and less military interference in other countries' affairs. Glen Hoddle is a welcome diversion for the phoney socialists. The back bench sheep are being kept quiet by being allowed one free holiday a year and one hundred pounds per day expenses. Viagra is prescribed for sodomites but we cannot pay for drugs for multiple sclerosis. If there were enough single mothers to affect the vote they would be given free holidays and a supply of Viagra for their partners.
While on female MPs we would say that Patricia Hewitt has been our greatest disappointment and Karen Buck the most useless. We have more respect for the lady who appeared knickerless and legless on the terrace of the House of Commons tanked up on subsidised alcohol. She is a free spirit who will be deselected.
ADVICE FOR STRAIGHT POLICE OFFICERS
We now receive requests for help from serving police officers who believe that they are victims of Freemasonry. Some of the victims are obviously genuine. Some are setting us up.
A good policeman who is not a Mason will not be promoted to the higher ranks and may find that he is being downgraded by malicious reports concocted by his Masonic superiors.
To those policemen who contact us we would provide the following information. All our communications may be monitored by the police. If it is known that you are in touch with us you could be persecuted more. The Masons may back off but sooner or later they will fabricate a case against you. If you resort to legal action you may find that your solicitor is batting for the Masons. If you bring Freemasonry into your case you are a dead duck.
If you wish to report abuses to us never use your own name and never identify the police force. Never use your own telephone. Get a friend to email us. Always tell us the truth and preferably the whole truth. Alison Halford, Tony Lundy or Brian Woolard may be able to advise you without informing your superiors. Try to have another job lined up. Think of others who are suffering the same persecution and try to help them by offering advice and providing information about persecution generally in the police force or outside it.

RESTORE THE DEATH PENALTY FOR E B C OSMOTHERLY
This Ombudsman has caused no end of misery as a result of his deliberate failure to tackle wilful malpractice in Dacorum Borough Council, Chiltern District Council and Westminster City Council. He denies being a Mason but has the qualities of a Mason and is protecting Masons. He recently wrote that no action could be taken against a councillor who had been convicted under Section 15 of the Theft Act stating "breaching the National Code of Conduct for Councillors does not require a council to take disciplinary action; nor is it clear what disciplinary powers are available to councils." According to this charlatan it is kosher to have rapists, murderers and paedophiles as serving councillors. The facts are different. It was established in the House of Lords, in R v Dytham, that misconduct in public office was itself a criminal offence and that misconduct could be misfeasance, malfeasance or non-feasance.
WEST MIDLANDS POLICE
To accuse this force of corruption is gilding the lily. It has been exposed again and again. We have a report of a racist assault of a man of exemplary character by two police officers. As is usual the victim was charged with assaulting the police and convicted in spite of conclusive evidence to the contrary. The victim moved away from the area and now lives in constant fear. We hope to persuade him to allow us to publish details of his case.
DORSET POLICE MASONS
Chief Constable Aldous, Deputy Chief Constable May and Assistant Chief Constable Pothecary have just had their salaries increased by £30,000: an increase of about 30% taking them all into the £100,000 plus bracket. Mr Gerry Coulter and Mr Barry Hunt are pursuing the force. They name these three senior officers as the guilty parties. Aldous and May are quitting the force on 31 March. Pothecary has not yet announced his intention to quit but is likely to be forced to go. This is the force that, according to Aldous, is so cash-strapped that it cannot effectively police Dorset.
Mr Coulter was supposed to attend Dorset Court on 9 February because solicitors for the defence were claiming that his civil case could not proceed while a criminal investigation was in progress. The criminal investigation is into Dorset police. In the evening of 8 February the solicitors backed off. We suspect that Mr Coulter was going to be sold out by his own solicitors who did not anticipate that Mr Coulter would attend a hearing which might not even have been scheduled. Interestingly Mr Coulter, always represented by solicitors and counsel, was declared a vexatious litigant. Should not counsel have been declared a vexatious counsel? The cognoscenti will see that the police had to receive an increase in salary in return for to collaboration with the politicians and the judiciary. Council tax is set to go through the roof. We now know that the Lord Chancellor, an unelected politician, briefs judges right up to the House of Lords.
PRISON DOCTORS
One doctor has just been struck off for killing a prisoner who was due for release next day. The young man had not paid a fine. Our experience suggests that prison doctors are given the choice of a prison sentence or a prison practice. Apart from one we can state that they are brutal, dishonest and generally corrupt. In Armley we were invited to see a prison doctor after we had demolished a psychiatrist who said that we had an enlarged liver because we were on hunger strike. We told the doctor that he would not believe our story. He said "Try me" and, after a couple of hours, "I believe you". He was immediately transferred to another prison. He believed that surgeon Philip Raby Walbaum had attempted murder and that was why we had spent about two years in prison awaiting trial.
THE DACORUM LABOUR MASONS
Councillor Ian Johnson of the Borough Council has written to Councillor Stanley Sharpe, chairman of the council Standards Committee, asking him to consider the involvement of Masons when the committee investigates the award of major contracts over the last ten years. Councillors, professional people and businessmen involved in the decisions were apparently all Masons. Councillor Johnson singles out Waitrose, which is part of the John Lewis Partnership has publicly admitted to being a Mason. Councillor Julian Taunton, a former council leader, is alleged to be a Mason. The allegation is probably true because Taunton "diverted" when he denied being a member of a Masonic "chapter". Lodge? Yes! Chapter? No! The National Code of Local Government Conduct requires Masons to register membership. Only one of the Masons connected with the Dacorum rackets has done so.
