Anyone criticised or maligned in these publications has a guaranteed right of reply. JMF stands for the hierarchies of the Judaeo/Masonic Faction. The ordinary Mason and Jew are as likely to suffer from the machinations of the JMF as non-Masons and non-Jews are.

MAURICE KELLETT ZAPPED BY YANKEE JEW MASONS

Our regular contributor Maurice Kellett was too much for the American Masons. Like us his computer received a virus by email. Both of us suspect one man who becomes more and more irrational. He sends us about ten abusive emails on the trot and our computer goes down. His name is Blanko. If the police don't arrest Maurice he should be back next week.

                                  GREATER MANCHESTER POLICE

We are reminded of John Stalker, former Deputy Chief Constable of Manchester. His investigation of the shoot-to-kill policy in Ulster was cut short when he was alleged by his colleagues to be associating with a criminal, Kevin Taylor. Taylor sued the police and cost them a fortune. The police stated that they agreed to pay Taylor damages on account of the mounting legal costs. The loser pays the costs. Stalker left quietly to join Millwall Football Club. Masons have always run Millwall F C. Stalker was a devout Catholic and a strange bedfellow for the Masons particularly since it was alleged that the Masons were responsible for his downfall. How much did the police have to pay Stalker?

While on the subject it seems appropriate to ask why the Commission of Enquiry into the Bloody Sunday murders is taking so long. It could have completed the job in a month. Again we have killings and punishment beatings in Ulster. These are not necessarily being carried out by terrorists on either side of the sectarian divide. Truth is the main casualty of war. If we were the IRA we would not hand in our arms or explosives until the British Army had been evacuated from Ulster and the Ulster Constabulary had been overhauled. We would not violate the cease-fire but we would not decommission arms.

Manchester has more Jews per head of population that any other UK city. Geoffrey Scriven has repeatedly referred to the Jewish Mafia comprising solicitors (attorneys) and judges in Manchester District Registry. He has presented conclusive information about crime involving judges, lawyers (attorneys), policemen, the Legal Aid Fund and the Solicitors' Indemnity Fund. Mr Scriven's evidence is supported by documentation and the evidence of many other citizens cheated by the Manchester courts and lesser courts in the surrounding area. For months Chief Constable David Wilmot ignored complaints while other police forces and the Attorney General tried to have Mr Scriven imprisoned.

There follows comment from the Manchester Evening News on 29 January.

#### Greater Manchester Police were revealed by the Audit Commission yesterday to be among the three least effective forces in the country, yet the third most expensive to run. Today we can disclose at least part of the reason for this apparent contradiction - a shambolic tale of waste and apparent mismanagement.

Not only was European law broken when tendering rules for the construction of the new crime squad headquarters at Bradford Park, east Manchester were ignored - and we can bet that wasn't included in the statistics - but the project also soared over budget by 3 million pounds. ####

The article goes on for another seven paragraphs but does not refer to corruption. One of the greatest drains on police resources is the time required to frame innocents or to cover up crimes committed by the guilty ones.

In connection with the corrupt practices in Manchester High Court Cheshire police framed Geoffrey Scriven and Derbyshire police framed Gerald Adshead. Mr Adshead was acquitted when he produced a recording of what a policeman had said. Mr Scriven successfully appealed his conviction and in the process created a number of new cases for the police to investigate. We repeat that all Chief Constables and their Deputies must be replaced.

HERTFORDSHIRE POLICE AND DACORUM DIRTY MASONS

We reported how Councillor Mark Presland announced his intention to renounce the Labour whip. That would have made the Labour Party the minority group. The window of his wife's shop was covered with offensive graffiti. For this reason Mr Presland changed his mind and stayed with Labour. The mayor of Hemel Hempstead, Maureen Flint, cleaned off the graffiti and claimed that she was "fuming" because the Labour Party was being blamed. Nearly forty years of similar experiences enables us to say that Labour Party was responsible. Here is more information about the Flint family. The mayor's husband threatened Gerald Coulter in the presence of Charles Berrisford. These two are members of the Dacorum Action Group, which has been exposing corruption in the council. Mr Coulter is a judo expert who keeps himself under control. Otherwise Mayor Flint could have been a widow. The mayor's son assaulted Councillor Peter Caulfield at a civic reception. Mr Caulfield was a Marine Commando post World War Two. He did not retaliate but reported the assault to the police in the form of Superintendent Kelly, another Mason. Kelly took no action. Mr Caulfield reported Kelly to the Police Complaints department of Hertfordshire Constabulary. Kelly was moved to Kent where he can continue protecting Masons at the expense of decent people. Mr Caulfield's son, a Metropolitan Police officer, was awarded a Queen's medal for disarming a man single-handed. Had he not been a police officer the probability is that Kelly would still be in Hertfordshire. When another magistrate councillor reported Dacorum corruption to the police they ushered him out of the building without accepting his complaint.

The Dacorum Independent reported the Labour Party Masonic problems on two consecutive weeks. It folded the following week. The Jew Masons rule the roost!

ANOTHER ARMS TO IRAQ SCANDAL

We cannot identify the court or the accused at this stage. This is a case, which appears to have nothing to do with arms exports but which allegedly is an attempt to conceal the fact that the British Government was sending arms to both Iran and Iraq. Peter Hayward, who changed his name to Sir Nicholas Lyell, was another victim of a cover up. He was gagged with a section 42 order obtained by Sir Nicholas Lyell, QC, MP. Following Ceefax and Teletext reports on 3 February we can now state that the police are insisting that the company that supplied the weaponry does not exist. It is Allivane International Limited, the front company for the security services. It is named in the Scott report under the index Jonathan Aitken.

                                         THE DORSET DUNG HEAP

There follows a report about the Gerald Coulter scandal. See earlier issues dealing with the involvement of police and county council Masons. The reporter selected the title.

Two detectives from Dorset travelled all the way from Dorset to Hertfordshire to interview Mr Coulter about documents seized by his debt recovery agents. The agents had enforced a High Court judgement awarding Mr Coulter compensation for his stolen car - a theft facilitated by the police. The detectives were accusing Mr Coulter of having stolen documents which he later used in an affidavit. The documents were obviously germane to Mr Coulter's action against the thieves including the police. The debt agents were acting on a writ of Ferious-Fifer (sic) giving them walk on possession of the business assets including the seized documents.

Mr Coulter turned the tables on his police visitors by reporting offences committee by the police and perjury by one of the bent car dealers. As reported Dorset police failed to take possession of the stolen Jeep and permitted it to be "stolen" from the bent car dealer. The visiting detectives, one of whom was named Phil Cox, are expected to prosecute the bent car dealers who have been protected for 4 years by Deputy Chief Constable May. May, a Mason is retiring early, aged 50 years, on 31 March 1999. His chief, Mr Aldous, aged 53 years, retires on the same day. The detectives should find out the part played by Stuart Burke and Gavin Teale in the initial theft of the car.

THE DEVON AND CORNWALL DUNG HEAP

This is a report that has its roots inside the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary. Chief Constable Evans is on Jack Straw's short list for the post of Metropolitan Police Commissioner. Note that Sir Paul Condon refused to answer whether had had ever been a Mason when he appeared before the Home Affairs Committee. What the reporter is suggesting is that all Chief Constables resign from Freemasonry when they are appointed but are still effectively closet Masons. We go along with that opinion. We would say that every Chief Constable apart from the one female Chief Constable of Lancashire are closet Masons. Another one, -Dr Ian Oliver of the Grampians Police, was squeezed out of the job after he announced his intention to clear out the Masons from his force.

#### 2 February 1999

Subject: Chief Constable John Evans, Devon and Cornwall Police.

I think you want to start following the case of Brian Parsons. He was convicted of the murder of Ivy Batten about 11 years ago. Many of us had doubts at the time--for many reasons. His case has been referred back to the Court of Appeal on 10/2/99. The report into Devon Police (by Hampshire Police) concluded that no less than 160 items of evidence were kept from the Defence. There are so many things wrong with this case that I do not know where to start. I have an intense dislike of the man who led the inquiry; he is now an Ass. Chief Con of Devon and his name is Essery. Evans has said that he has no doubt that Parsons is guilty. If he is cleared, I for one will be leading a campaign for the removal from office of Evans. As for becoming the new Commissioner of Police I can only say, in my best cockney "You're 'avin a laugh, aintcha guv?"

Good luck, by the way I am hearing rather too much from a certain (censored), got to go and check him out.

Forgot to say-- I do not think Evans is a hand shaker--what happens is that they sort of resign when they get to be Chief C, so that they can be "above all that" certainly Sir Paul Condom (have I got that right?) was one but relented, when it suited him. In other words they are even bigger bastards than Freemasons. Evans spent god knows how much on a new office (35,000) and then pleaded poverty. I have heard that there are half a dozen Police vehicles reserved for his own use, including a Motor Bike. ####

METROPOLITAN POLICE AND THAMES VALLEY POLICE

We have submitted numerous reports to the Home Affairs Committee (Chris Mullin, MP) alleging corruption in these two forces particularly with regard to the importation of cocaine to a neighbouring site currently used by Hellmann Parcel Services. On 1 February we learned that certain damaging reports were missing from our Home Affairs file. We quote from one of the missing reports (118).

#### Damn, I think the British and Italian Masons have ours beaten by a mile in the brazen bastards department. At least ours are discreet. What is a solicitor? Yes there are some interesting connections between high-level Masons, the various intelligence services, and the illegal drug trade.

The CIA, FBI and ONI intentionally recruit masons and Mormons "because they know how to keep secrets". NASA is also full of them. The standard joke among people aware of the connections is that CIA = Cocaine Importing Agency and NASA = Never A Straight Answer. ####

Another missing report (94) gives absolute proof of corruption in Beaconsfield Magistrates' Court following a Thames Valley Police frame-up related to the drug site. It also showed that three High Court judges and three Court of Appeal judges had condoned the corruption. [See VOMIT 05/99 - Stephen Knight - get him before a court.] The Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police at the time of the first frame-up was Colin Smith. Soon after that Smith became the youngest Chief Constable ever to be transferred to the Inspectorate of Constabulary. He was sent to the Northeast. His successor, Charles Pollard, has persecuted us mercilessly simply because we had the misfortune to buy property next to the drug site. We had objected to Chiltern District Council and DETR (John Prescott) corruption in promoting the development and use of the drug site in a Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a secluded spot near the M25 and Heathrow Airport.

On 1 February it was reported that the National Crime Squad had announced its biggest ever seizure of cocaine valued at 11.5 million pounds. Arrests were made at Wendover, Buckinghamshire and in Hertfordshire and Essex. We had repeatedly tried to get information to Sir Paul Condon, Deputy Commissioner John Stevens and the Organised Crime Branch at Scotland Yard. Condon and Stevens did not even acknowledge receipt of correspondence. Draw your own conclusions. Stevens was at one time Chief Constable of Northumbria, the Bad Lands of the Labour Masons (Maurice Kellett). He is also on the short list for Metropolitan Commissioner. Our view is that he should retire soon from the police service.

From our experiences we have to conclude that there is an officially approved cocaine importation business and that only the unofficial imports are frowned upon. If the market is swamped the street value falls. Money talks especially to the beggars on horseback - the subsidised beer drinkers of New Labour.

BIG BROTHER AND BILDERBERG

From The Irish Times at http://www.irish-times.com/irish-times/paper/1999/0129/tech7.html

Submitted by Al Baron. EU plan to open telecoms comes under attack. By Niall McKay

ENFOPOL 98: The European Union is laying the foundation for an agreement that will allow law enforcement officials to eavesdrop on Internet, fax and mobile phone conversations and will force the communications providers to foot the bill.

The plan, known as Enfopol 98, was tabled behind closed doors by the European Justice and Home Affairs Council in December. Its purpose is to combat serious crime, such as drug trafficking, child abuse and terrorism.

But it has been criticised by the Green Party MEP, Ms Patricia McKenna, for what she described as its "unacceptable" secrecy." This has not been discussed in either the European Parliament or in the parliaments of the member countries," she said.

What concerns MEPs is that there is no clear definition of what constitutes a serious crime, and that law enforcement officials do not have to obtain a court order before an interception.

"Anybody or any company involved in any crime can be tapped," said Mr Tony Bunyan, director of Statewatch, the London-based civil liberties group. "It's simply at the discretion of the police officer concerned."

Enfopol will enable police to track and record email and mobile phone calls across international boundaries through real-time remote access points or backdoors. For instance, Internet service providers must provide police forces with access to their computer systems so that they can track email traffic.

The agreement also includes a memorandum of understanding between Europe, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Norway. So law enforcement officials from any of these states can eavesdrop on each other's citizens.

"I also asked the Commission what exact legal redress is available to citizens should they wish to challenge these rules," said Ms McKenna. "But I did not get an answer."

Enfopol is similar to the controversial US wire-tap legislation known as the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act or CALEA. Because of its controversial nature, CALEA has been languishing on the desk of the US Federal Communications Commission since 1994.

"We only know about this because the Enfopol 98 document was leaked to a German Internet magazine Telepolis," said Ms McKenna. Etc. Etc.
