SCRIVEN WRINGS THE CARDINAL'S KNICKERS
Mr Bell of Greater Manchester Police Authority (Fax 0161 727 7104) has had second thoughts about passing the buck to the Cardinal. Local Government Ombudsman Pisspot White has delusions of grandeur when he suggests that he is the final arbiter on police malfeasance, nonfeasance and misfeasance. Where the Chief Constable is accused of such criminal offences the Police Authority must have the complaint investigated by an outside force - not that that will make any difference. They are all tarred with the same Masonic brush.
As intimated last week Mr Scriven (Fax 0161 428 1159) was due to have his appeal against the "Mickey Mouse" Law Society heard in Liverpool last Tuesday. Less than 24 hours before the hearing, after Mr Scriven and his supporters had made arrangements to attend; Mr Scriven received a telephone call from Liverpool Court telling him that the hearing had been adjourned. The reason given was that His Honour Judge Heggarty was acquainted to some degree with most of the judges, counsel and solicitors against whom Mr Scriven had made allegations. Almost any judge in the country can use the same reasoning. A jury in a court of criminal jurisdiction must determine the outcome of the case.
Mr Scriven is still under threat of imprisonment and a gagging order. This is the Brave New World of New Labour and Jackboot Blair, the barrister.
INTERNET CENSORS AND FRAUDSTERS
We have previously named Demon Internet and Easynet as companies, which toe the government line and censor subscribers. In cutting off subscribers without specifying the complainants and the offending material they are guilty of fraud. We now add Kingston Internet to a black list. On 1 November a person named Mark Healey emailed James Hulbert at hulbert@zat.karoo.co.uk ### It has been brought to the attention of the Lord Chancellor's Department that your web site is causing offence. This is in violation of Clause 6 2 of our Terms and Conditions. As a result we are invoking 6 4 of our Terms and Conditions. Your webspace has thus been disabled with immediate effect. My views may not necessarily represent those of my employer. ###
What are the views of this assole Healey? Who is legally responsible for the decision? Does this crooked company take orders from the crooked Lord Chancellor? What a shower of cowardly, dishonest ratbags!
If we get back on the Internet without interference from Jackboot we will not accept anything from anyone using the above named ISPs. We suggest that all democratically minded Internet users including Masons do the same.
Kingston closed Hulbert's WebPages because Hulbert published detailed and convincing proof of corruption. Hulbert still has access to News Groups and email. One cannot make a case using News Groups and emails. VOMIT was published weekly and had a large readership which understood the extent of the corruption in government and in the courts. VOMIT was cut off completely by individuals without backbone, conscience or even a brain. VOMIT still managed to have access to News Groups thanks to the work of third parties. Evidence against the authorities including the New Labour scum was posted weekly. That was why the Jackboot resorted to using the corrupt Thames Valley Police to close down VOMIT and possibly kill the publisher.
Are we going to take action against Thames Valley Police, Northumbria Police, Leeds Police, Manchester Police, Cheshire Police, Dorset Police, Hertfordshire Police and Devon and Cornwall Police? Should we donate to Combat 18 as the lesser of two evils? Are we going to become a third world country because we have third rate people put in positions of authority by the third rate Masonic Mafia?
HOLOCAUST MEMORIAL
The man behind the idea to have a Holocaust Day of Remembrance was Andrew Dismore, MP. His Jewish constituents let him see how important Holocaust Day would be. So he said. Dismore was quick to point out that Hitler also killed gypsies and the disabled. What he didn't mention was that Hitler targeted Freemasonry.
Dismore was Westminster City Council's Labour Party leader. He owes his election as a Member of Parliament to a promise that Labour would keep a hospital in Hendon open. Within weeks of his election that promise was broken. He now needs the Jewish vote. Jackboot Blair supports him because he too needs Jewish votes, ethnic minority votes, arse bandit votes, Sodomite votes, terrorist votes, Neo Nazi Votes or any vote that will keep him in power while he panders to world capitalism and harbours ambitions to be president of a United Europe. The man is sick!
Since Blair and Dismore are clearly not up on history we inform them that if the government had asked for volunteers to fight Hitler on account of his treatment of the Jews there would have been no volunteers. We went to war with Germany because we thought that Adolf would take our colonies and repossess his own. We were allies of the Russians who sacrificed many more people than the Jews did even assuming that 6 million Jews died. The Russians made the main contribution towards winning the war. That did not stop the American Jews from waging economic war on the Russians as soon as the shooting war was over. The Holocaust has made it a crime to suggest that Jews are other than God's chosen people. They are no better and no worse than any other race or religion. The crimes committed against them from the beginning of time have been heinous. Can someone explain why Jews are persecuted? A National Holocaust day could lead to another Holocaust just as Orange Parades stir up hatred in Ulster.
Who is this ratbag Dismore? We were in the same Labour Constituency party as he was and we even nominated him about ten years ago as parliamentary candidate for the Westminster North constituency. We do not recall having seen him with a girl friend and we do no recollect him buying a drink. He was a solicitor who lived in Maida Vale, West London.
To cut a long story short we believe that he has cost us over £50,000 and a lot of worry. He helped Porter to swindle us. That wasn't surprising. As leader of the Labour group he sat down in secret with David Weeks, Porter's successor, and drew up an agreement, which would have buried the three cemeteries scandal. The agreement was later declared unlawful. At the time when he was collaborating with the Tories he moved away from Maida Vale to an unknown address. Why shouldn't he collaborate with the Tories? Jackboot, his boss man, has regular conversations with Thatcher. "Listen Tony if you wish to keep your popularity rating bomb the scum. Silence your critics by sending the police in with guns firing if need be. I had to use the mailed fist against the miners and shoot to kill in Ulster and Gibraltar. I let the hunger strikers die. They weren't one of us. Don't investigate Mark or my part in the Saudi arms deal and I will say nothing about your visits to the Seychelles. Tout comprendre c'est tout pardonner, Mon petit choux".
BUTLER-SLOSS AND A DATABASE
Jackboot Blair is the absolute authority in this country. He is more powerful than the monarchy. That is a fact. When we find that we are being cheated by a judge or by any other authority we should complain firstly to the government minister responsible. If the minister takes no action we should complain to the Jackboot. If Blair does not take remedial action he is guilty of a criminal offence. Blair has a brass neck. He is not fazed by a million complaints delivered individually. If there were a database with a thousand names and addresses of individuals who had been treated with disdain by Blair there would be a possibility of action. We select Blair to begin with but we should also have a database naming judges who have behaved unfairly. We have had most complaints against Russell, LJ and Butler-Sloss, LJ. Russell retired under a cloud. Butler-Sloss goes from strength to strength. She is now head of the family division in the High Court.
Her background is what we would describe as decidedly unhealthy in terms of impartiality. She stood at one time as a Tory parliamentary candidate. Her father was the judge who sentenced Ruth Ellis to death. She did the Cleveland enquiry into child abuse. What bothers us is her most recent behaviour. She caused a young lady to be seriously disfigured for life as a result of careless driving. The magistrate ordered her to accept driving instruction from the police. During the past fortnight she has stated publicly that a same sex couple could in certain circumstances be fit guardians for children. No doubt this is true. Surely there are enough risks in childcare without introducing a dimension, which carries with it its own inherent dangers. Should she be commenting on what is now a political matter? Could it be that this ambitious woman is currying favour with Labour's arse bandits so that Jackboot will award her new honours or perhaps a public enquiry into why fish turn on their backs when you add sulphuric acid to their water. Be that as it may we would wager that if we had a database detailing complaints against judges the Butler-Sloss types would be more focussed on their judicial responsibilities and less on self-promotion.
THEY OWE ROBERT OWEN, BUTCH!
Robert Owen of 9 Peveril Heights, SWANAGE, Dorset BH19 2AZ (Ph/Fax 01929 424 528) wrote to Chief Constable Butch Stichbury of Dorset on 29 October 1999. He accompanied his letter with documentation to remind Butch of the details of his case. So far we have no evidence that Butch can read but that may be the result of the Masonic putrefaction of her force.
Mr Owen's case is of public interest even if prima facie his statement constitutes libel. If the Official Receiver, Barclays Bank, Tarmac and Cork Gully wish to refute the allegations we will publish their refutations. Mr Owen states that Barclays Bank and Richard Stone of Cork Gully conspired with Tarmac to secure the benefits (amounting to millions of pounds) from Mr Owen's invention of leading edge technology for recycling oil. (The "FLOWEN" process).
When Mr Owen was in America his signature was forged on a document in England. Barclays Bank was able to conceal the forged document for years. When called upon to produce it Barclays said that that the original had been destroyed. There existed certified copies, which were good enough to prove fraud. As soon as Dorset police contacted Barclays they dropped their enquiry because there was insufficient evidence. Where have we heard that before? It is a standard police answer when they have been told not to investigate. As a rule banks are above the law and enjoy the rough and tumble of fraud and corruption. Mr Owen immediately took his "insufficient evidence" to the City Of London Magistrates' Court where the Magistrates issued a summons for forgery against Andrew Buxton, Chairman of Barclays at the material time. On 15 April 1999 a judge who was a friend of Buxton granted a stay of the prosecution. See next week's report. Mr Owen now seeks Judicial Review where he will encounter more booby traps that the Vietcong laid in Vietnam. If Butler-Sloss is on the Bench she will say that the Butch Stichbury is already investigating and there is no need to order an investigation. The police will later say that the court has rejected Mr Owen's application for mandamus to order the police to do their duty. We came up against Buxton and Martin Taylor, Barclay's Chief Executive, over the defrauding of the Combined Charities Trust by Barclays Bank Trust Company. The cowards did not answer our allegations but we had police harassment every time we raised the matter. Martin Taylor is another crony of Jackboot Blair and part of the New Labour government.

Mr Dryden has spent another week in jail and is in failing health. Jack Straw and the other beggars on horseback are in robust good health and expensive new suits while they lick the arses of members of the Confederation of British Industry with its full complement of fat cats.
Last week we explained how Judge Elsop (Alsop?), Mr Dryden's neighbour "down the road", living in a 17-room mansion, had given instructions to the murdered Collinson that Mr Dryden must move his caravan or paint it green.
In August 1986 Elsop paid a visit to Mr Dryden when he was with Mr Tileny (Tillney?) in his caravan. Mr Dryden confirmed that Collinson had passed Elsop's message to him about moving and painting his caravan. The judge then offered Mr Dryden a good price for his land. Since the land represented everything Mr Dryden had to live for he declined Elsop's offer and Elsop left in the huff. Tileny said to Mr Dryden that Elsop could cause "bother" because his brother was chairman of the Magistrates at Derwentside. From then on until December 1986 Collinson was a regular visitor to Mr Dryden when he told Mr Dryden about the judge's complaints, none of which had any merit. However Collinson finally made the remark "We don't want to upset the judge, do we?"
Mr Dryden gives a lot of detail about distances, dimensions and routes. Clearly Collinson was trying to force him to meet Elsop's every demand and Elsop was determined to separate this upstart Dryden from his property. So Collinson who played golf with the Chief Constable of Durham and who was now going out of his way to please Elsop had to come up with a result that would please Elsop. There is little doubt that Mr Dryden was going to be victimised by Freemasonry. We await his next report.
Straw who left no stone unturned to keep his drug dealing son out of jail and to gag the Press about his inadequate parenting is treating Mr Dryden as a non person. The Jackboot and the Cardinal are pulling out all the stops to stifle criticism of a government, which could give the Tories lessons on corruption and thuggery.
LOMOND HANDLEY RAID BLOCKED IN DORSET
Miss Lomond Handley (Ph/Fax 01202 738982) is a former Dorset County Councillor and Poole Borough Councillor. A hypersensitive Mason engineered her departure from the councils. An outraged Lomond, decided to do something about the Masonic scum in Poole. She had extensive knowledge of the workings of the councils and has sufficient information to lend credence to the many reports of corruption in Dorset. We have reported some of the cases of blatant corruption.
On 22 October 1999 Lomond arrived home in time to prevent ambulance men from forcing entry into her home because according to Ambulance Chief Executive John Cape (Fax 01202 851302) "an elderly female on the floor" was calling for help. We don't know how they knew that the female was elderly or on the floor or who called the ambulance service but Lomond denies that there was anyone on the floor or calling for help. In our case it was Southern Electric which unlawfully obtained entry to our premises. Masons effectively control the ambulance and fire services. Were Dorset police officers going to follow up the ambulance break-in with a raid on Lomond accusing her of harassment? Were they going to frame her as they did Barry Hunt? Were the Masons after Lomond's documents and fax machine?
FAGGOTS AND PEACE
Hillsborough Castle is already awash with notices. "Men and Boys Only". "All guests must produce an Aids Free Certificate". "No Rimming or Gobbling in the Dining Hall". "For the avoidance of skid marks underpants should be left at the door on the way in." "To the Woods for Ron Davies". "Guest Streaker Michael Havears Portillo". Ugh.
It now seems that the Rio Pervert's Ulster appointment was determined by his economic circumstances. It also seems likely that Geoffrey Robinson was appointed Paymaster General as a way of repaying money which he gave to the Rio Pervert and to blind trusts with eyes wide open.
May we inform Blind Blair that his choice of Mandelson for the Ulster job could result in the deaths of thousands of Irish men, women and children along with a few soldiers? There are two things, which Jackboot could do quickly. Make someone like Ken Livingstone Ulster Secretary and prosecute the evil sniper who deliberately murdered the two young civil rights marchers on Bloody Sunday. He shot them from the walls of Derry. The bullets travelled down through their young bodies. Two families are still grieving. Put the evil scumbag in jail along with the evil scumbag who gave the order. Don't protect your mate Thatcher the instrument of so much cruelty and death.

I hope that you are not confused by the heading. You are finally responsible for the Irvine, Prescott and Straw misfeasance, nonfeasance and malfeasance.
Prescott has ignored or promoted serious environmental abuse by inter alios Chiltern District Council. He has also failed to discipline Traffic Commissioner Simms. In this he has had the co-operation of Meacher. The spin off from this is pollution and drug distribution. Both Germany and China are involved.
Straw has not reviewed the case of Albert Dryden who is currently in H M Prison Garth. Mr Dryden's mail is being interfered with. In particular pages 6 and 7 of his report, dated between 20 and 23 October, have apparently disappeared. His defence was never properly mounted. No man should take the life of another but Mr Dryden should never have been sentenced to a long term of imprisonment. The prime cause of the tragedy was a judge named Elsop or Alsop who was determined to remove Mr Dryden from his neighbourhood and take possession of his land.
Straw is doing nothing about the police raids on me and on Norman Scarth on 8, 18, 21 and 22 August 1999. Your friend Callum McCarthy, Director General of OFGEM, is lying low. There are other cases to be reported. e.g. Miss Lomond Handley of Poole.
Irvine is out of control and also out of his head. The whole world is calling for his retirement but you cannot see this. Legal Aid is still a milchcow for bent solicitors and counsel. Irvine has made a complete balls of the Scriven cases and of cleaning up the judiciary. Here is a recent example of what is happening. A man had been swindled out of millions by a mob including Andrew Buxton formerly chairman of Barclays Bank and colleague of your crony Martin Taylor. He prosecuted Buxton in the City of London Magistrates Court. Before the hearing Sir Christopher Walton, Chairman of the Magistrates, dined with Buxton. Their meeting was videotaped. This is part of the grace. 'Father. For money, Pfennigs and Francs, Deutschmarks and Sterling, we yield thee our thanks, …….remembering always that in Gods eyes we are brothers. Amen.' Walton then took the case himself and stayed the prosecution. Mr Justice Burton heard the application for Judicial Review and ruled, inter alia, that Walton's behaviour had no bearing on the case. The case was in fact watertight against Barclays Bank. All three conspirators were probably in the same Masonic Lodge.
