SCRIVEN COURT HEARING
Geoffrey Scriven's (Ph 0161 428 0764 Fax 0161 428 1159) appeal against the Law Society will be heard in Liverpool Combined Court, Derby Square, Liverpool on Tuesday first, 2 November 1999. This is an attempt by the Law Society to have Mr Scriven declared bankrupt on the basis of costs some of which were for a "solicitor" who wasn't a solicitor. The Law Society will continue to get away with murder until we have a proper way of appointing and sacking judges. Note how almost every party litigant finishes up bankrupt, framed by the police and declared a vexatious litigant. Now we have added to this the Jackboot of Blairism and the no jury trials of Straw the man who lied to Parliament about police numbers and accepted privileged treatment for his cannabis-dealing son.
JACKBOOT BLAIR
Anyone who cannot appreciate the dictatorial attitude and chicanery of Blair will have no cause for complaint when a policeman's boot or bullet thuds into his or her ribs. We have been asked why we published apparently disconnected words at the end of last week's VOMIT. We did that because we do not know when the police are going to arrest and assault us or kick our door in and remove what remains of our files and equipment. Norman Scarth of Leeds (Ph/Fax 0113 262 4179) is also living under the threat of a Blairite raid and cannot leave his residence unattended. Seven bent policemen attacked the residences of both Scarth and Vomit's publisher on 8, 18,21 and 22 August 1999 with absolutely no justification. Both men are 74 years old and could have died of shock. In one case there was evidence of an attempt to justify the use of a gun. Both men have complained to numerous authorities including the Police Complaints Authority (Peter Woodlouse), the Home Secretary (father of James Straw the cannabis dealer) and old Jackboot himself who visits the Seychelles; the land of recycled drug money. Where the Jackboot cannot target old age pensioners for his police thugs he uses the Attorney General (as in the James Straw case) for his own perverted ends. The sword of Damocles still hangs over the head of Geoffrey Scriven who is due in the High Court, London on Wednesday 26 January 2000 at 10.30 a.m. Will those who are arranging the vigils at Downing Street please advise us of the times and dates?
We explained how Lord Williams of Mostyn, the Attorney General, dropped the scandalising the judiciary action against Mr Scriven and settled for breach of an undertaking not to scandalise the judiciary. Mr Scriven took the view that the judges had sworn an oath to the Queen to dispense justice without fear or favour and that the bent judges were therefore guilty of High Treason, a criminal offence triable in a criminal court. Since the integrity of the judiciary including the Godfather of all judges, Cardinal Irvine, is being challenged the case should be tried by jury. The court officials state that they have not received Mr Scriven's application for a hearing before a jury at the Central Criminal Court. The court officials are liars.
Taffy was a Welshman as was Williams of Mostyn. His appointment has gone to his Welsh head. He has decided to resurrect a motion, first sought in May 1998, to have Mr Scriven declared a vexatious litigant. Can you understand now why the Irish Republican Army was formed? There is more to the vexatious racket than that. We have a report, still to be confirmed, that the Cardinal has published on the Internet a list of "vexatious citizens" and that a legal firm named Whatmore & Co of Chancery Lane has published a list of vexatious litigants. This means that any of the individuals named are soft targets for anyone who wants to wrong them.
That black list can provide a list for a class action against Irvine and Whatmore. However Irvine and Whatmore have nothing to fear because litigants in person are notorious for having tunnel vision and ignoring the plight of other victims. They are picked off one at a time.
We say again that the financial affairs of Blair and Mandelson should be investigated. The peace process in Northern Ireland could be scuttled because Mandelson was caught with his trousers down over the Geoffrey Robinson "loan". To enable the Rio shirtlifter to acquire a new home he was made Secretary of State for Ulster. No decent Catholic should sit in the same room as Mandelson and Blair should never have put Sinn Fein in the position of having to talk to Mandelson. On the presumption that there are very few arse bandits in Northern Ireland we can be sure that nobody involved in the peace talks will have any respect for Mandelson. Leaving aside our prejudice against sodomites we sincerely believe that Blair should not have appointed a man with the spinning record of Mandelson. There are also rumours that Ron Davies has been seen in the woods at Hillsborough Castle taking compulsive risks. Nick Brown is much more careful these days and does not push his boys out with their taxi fares late at night. Who is the government minister who was photographed in flagrante ano by an associate of Robinson? What a sewer government!
MORE CARDINAL BULLSHIT TO MAURICE KELLETT
Mr Kellett (Ph/Fax 0191 526 4999) made representations to the Nolan Committee on Standards about Freemasonry. Within 48 hours the local Masons were threatening him and abusing him for having done so. Quite rightly Mr Kellett believes that he is entitled to know whether the bent judges he has to appear before are Masons. Here is what the Cardinal's apologists say. You may be interested to know that the Home Secretary announced, on 17 February, that the Government accepted the Home Affairs Select Committee's recommendation, resulting from its enquiry entitled "Freemasonry in the Police and the Judiciary". All new appointees to the judiciary, the magistracy, the police, the legally qualified staff of the Crown Prosecution Service, the Probation Service and the Prison Service shall have as a condition of their appointment a requirement to declare membership of the Freemasons (and any later admission to them). For those currently in service, the Government made a formal request to the United Grand Lodge, asking that they provide on a regional basis the names and identifying occupations of those who are or become Freemasons in the specified professions, occupations and offices. Since the United Grand Lodge was unable to comply with this request, the Government has made arrangements for voluntary registers to be opened. In a letter of 15 July to the Lord Chief Justice, copied to all judicial office holders, the Lord Chancellor invited serving members of the judiciary to declare their Masonic status voluntarily for the purposes of a public register.

Comment: Mr Kellett has appeared before several judges who were bent. He wants to know whether they are Masons because the local Masons have been out to get him for years. The steps taken by this government do nothing to resolve the Masonic problem. At one time all Masons had to have their names registered with the local "Clerk of the Peace". It was a Labour government that repealed that act in the 1960s. There is nothing to stop Parliament restoring that act and bringing it up to date. It will not do so because that would mean identifying the Members of Parliament who are Masons. The only reason for the failure to get rid of bent judges is that the Masons in Parliament protect them. Freemasonry should be proscribed for MPs. Any MP who has ever been a Mason should be forced to resign. This week Prescott overturned a ban on Masons joining the Planning Inspectorate, which is a den of iniquity.
Currently Mr Kellett's solicitor David Hughes and his barrister Peter Sabiston are showing symptoms of Masonic suppuration as are Inglis the Official Receiver (Fax 01642 618644) and D I Cockson. Mr Kellett is in much the same situation as Todd and Scarth. When he leaves his home he does not know whether it will still be accessible when he gets back or if he will be arrested when he is out. Like Geoffrey Scriven Mr Kellett faces bankruptcy. Since Mr Scriven has other ways of exposing the crooks the Attorney General, a Blair puppet, is trying to have Mr Scriven imprisoned. Jackboot Blair rules the roost! Mr Kellett's problems arise from bent Masonic judges enjoying the support of bent Masonic politicians. Will someone explain this to Mr Kellett who keeps writing long letters to the charlatans telling them what they already know?

I refer you to my letter of 18 October 1999, which has received your customary response.
Today I have received more information from Mr Dryden who has spent another ten days in jail. Chief Planning Officer Collinson was the man who was shot. He was an adulterer and then divorced. He played golf with the Chief Constable of Durham.
Mr Dryden always sought and obtained Collinson's permission before he made any changes. Collinson was impressed by Mr Dryden's abilities and told him so. Mr Dryden had been allowed to park a caravan in a position approved by Collinson.
Two years after the caravan was put on the Dryden land Collinson told Mr Dryden that a judge named Elsop, who lived "down the road" wanted the caravan moved behind a shed. Mr Dryden quite rightly refused to pander to an uppity judge. Elsop then demanded that the caravan be painted green and again Mr Dryden refused to comply. From then onwards it was all downhill for Mr Dryden with Collinson finding fault where there was no fault.
So we have a classic case of the Masons teaching someone a lesson. Collinson was allowed to bend the rules, get enforcement orders, make unnecessary use of the police and arrange the public humiliation of Mr Dryden and destroy his life's work.
If ever anyone was provoked to kill that person was Mr Dryden. Had he been properly defended he would have been released from prison as soon as his trial finished.
The Criminal Cases Review Commission, headed by a 33rd degree Mason named Crawford, has sat on Mr Dryden's case.

Comment: We do not understand why politicians and judges, knowing that there has been a miscarriage of justice, will put every obstruction in the way of an early release from prison. In Mr Dryden's case the prison authorities concocted a tale to the effect that he was an expert in explosives and small arms and was likely to kill a few of their kind if he were released. There was no truth in that story but even if there had been that would not in our view have been a valid reason for keeping Mr Dryden in jail. The chief culprit in all cases of persistent corruption and injustice is Jackboot Blair.
LORD CULLEN, THE RAIL EXPERT.
The Bank of Scotland is taking over Natwest. Scottish Power took over Southern Electric. The head of the English judiciary is Scots. A tartan Mafia dominates the government. The English Football Association has just appointed a Scotsman to organise its business. Jackboot Blair was born in Scotland of a Scottish father. He was educated in Edinburgh. Why was Cullen, a Scottish judge, given the enquiry into the Paddington railway accident? Presumably the job is worth a lot of money to Cullen. We just cannot understand the studied insult to the English judiciary when the Scottish judiciary is certainly no better. In our experience it is far worse.
Now listen to this explanation. The story was reported to us. As you know Cullen did the Dunblane report. That dealt with the shooting of several children by a man named Hamilton. Hamilton was a Mason in the Garrowhill lodge. Hamilton threatened one of the Dunblane mothers with a gun. He told her that it was a waste of time reporting him to the police because he was a Mason as were senior police officers. Hamilton was given so much latitude before he shot the children that he had to be a Mason. As far as we were able to ascertain there was no mention of Freemasonry in the Cullen report.
This is the story you will find difficult to believe. Cullen's Dunblane report will remain secret for 100 years. A Labour Minister now in the House of Lords enabled Hamilton to get and hold a gun licence. A Tory minister now in the Lords was part of a Hamilton paedophile ring in Dunblane. A Labour minister was part of the same paedophile ring. He is not in the Lords but will probably leave the Commons. It is a tall story but there is some corroboration from a former master at the local boarding school for the children of servicemen. It is accepted that Hamilton was a paedophile and a regular visitor to the school where he and other adults had access to individual children. The former master was victimised for blowing the whistle and is now resident in the Orkneys. See earlier VOMITs. Where people are above the law of the land there is a tendency to commit offences like paedophilia, incest, rape and sodomy. Sodomy is an offence against decency. Leading Masons complain because they cannot look into the eyes when they are making love to animals. Remember the Kincorra boys' home.
DIRTY DACORUM AND TONY FOY
Here is more on vexatious litigants. Tony Foy of Tring, Herts. was swindled out of land by Dacorum Borough Council aided and abetted yet again by Ordnance Survey and the Land Registry. Mr Foy would not lie down to a bunch of Masonic crooks. He was declared a vexatious litigant.
Mr Foy worked for Amersham International where he injured his back. He has not been able to work since he was injured. He sued Amersham International and was opposed by Whatmore & Co (above) firstly because he was a vexatious litigant. Mr Foy managed to overcome that hurdle but he, a dyslexic, had to plough his own furrow. Since the vexatious trick is used against people who have found fault with the bent bastards in the legal system solicitors are unwilling to represent them. Freemasonry is evil. Evil! Evil! Evil!
THE BENT CHARITY COMMISSIONERS AND THE MASEFIELDS
J & B Masefield (PH 01308 485412 FAX 01308 485729) wrote to the Charity Commission (Fax 0171 674 2310) on 23 October 1990 asking for clarification of the West Dorset County Council fiddle with their land. They could have asked the ratbags about the Combined Charities Trust administered by Barclays Bank Trust Company. Little Pednor Court and barn at Chesham disappeared into a solicitor's pocket. Land at Misbourne Farm did not go to the highest bidder. Misbourne House too was unlawfully developed to the benefit of a Chiltern District Councillor. It was corruption all the way but the Charity Commissioners kept quiet. It was unbelievable. Masons are evil.
The Masefields have also lodged two complaints with the Police Authority. (Fax 01202 223967) The Clerk Peter Harvey from Amity Lodge is considering these. Nuff said! Butch Stichbury will have no problems. Gerald Coulter (Ph/Fax 01923 262726) has had a belly full of this lot. Stichbury should either pull her finger out or get out.
