THE POLICE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMEN
We would be preaching to the converted if we were to say that LGOs are the scum of the earth. Our wide experience with Laws, Osmotherley, White and Yardley showed us that they did not have a clue about and were not interested in fair play. Osmotherley denies being a Mason. Jerry "Pisspot" White had a direct line to the Grand Secretary of the United Grand Lodge of England when the Isle of Wight Masonic scandal was being investigated. If these men had been impartial many lives would have been saved as would vast amounts of court and police time. The misery arising from their misconduct in public office would justify their being incarcerated in a labour camp for life.
Here is what the Pisspot states on 4 October 1999 - not to us.
### The Police Authority falls within the Local Government Ombudsman's jurisdiction…… The Police Authority acts as a disciplinary Authority for Chief Constables, Deputy Chief Constables and Chief Superintendents. If any of these has personally investigated the crimes you wish to report and you have first complained in writing to the Clerk to the Police Authority and he has declined to investigate the issue you could then complain to the Local Government Ombudsman. ###
Note that there is no mention of the Police Complaints Authority. Neither Norman Scarth nor James Todd have had any action taken against West Yorkshire and Thames Valley Police corruption which occurred on 8 August and of 18, 21 and 22 August when 7 police officers were unlawfully engaged in attacking two septuagenarians. Blair and Straw know all about the police corruption. They seem to protect policemen on a reciprocal basis.
A Metropolitan policeman telephoned a radio station on 21 October to explain that the police were acting on the instructions of the government when they banned protests against the Chinese President. Blair gags his MPs. He is responsible for having sent the police after Todd and Scarth. The five policemen who beat up a Tibetan protester were like the seven policemen who tried to beat up and silence Scarth and Todd. Our policemen have taken a leaf out of the Chinese book. Welcome on board Chairman Mao Blair!
GEOFFREY SCRIVEN
Blair is running scared over the vigils, which will be held in support of Scriven at Downing Street while Blair is collecting in the Seychelles. He or his manic depressive alcoholic pornographic mentor, Campbell, has decided to drop the charge of scandalising the judiciary but to leave the charge of having committed contempt of court for not having adhered to an undertaking not to scandalise the judiciary. Read that again! A man's freedom depends on an undertaking given before a judge acting in his own cause. He put the man under duress for an alleged offence which has not been an offence for years and which the Attorney General no longer considers an offence because the whole world has been laughing at him. The judge said that Scriven had acted with admirable motives. Scriven thought that the judiciary had learned its lesson. The judiciary committed treasonable acts. Scriven didn't scandalise the judges at any time before or after his undertaking. He told the truth. They scandalised themselves. Arising from the misconduct of the judges, Scriven initiated fresh proceedings because bent judges were protecting bent judges. Scriven went to the top of the judicial tree and involved the Lord Chancellor, the Master of the Rolls and the senior Law Lord Goff over Irvine's secret briefing of judges. Woolf approved the "secret briefings", "bench memoranda" or "case summaries". It was judicial misconduct, which caused repeated actions and not Scriven. Now the Attorney General (Blair himself) wants Scriven declared a vexatious litigant. Our advice to Blair would be "Don't! Investigate Scriven's complaints. While you keep Scriven within the system you can limit the damage. Sow a wind and you will reap a whirlwind".
MAURICE KELLET IN THE COURT OF APPEAL
Mr Kellett (Ph/Fax 0191 526 4555) writes rather long letters. We would like to thank him publicly.
Mr Kellet's letter to B J Inglis, the Official Receiver (Fax 01642 618644) on 18 October 1999 reads,
### I write in the matter of my appeal against alleged bankruptcy which was heard before Mr Peter Lever, Q.C. on Friday October 15 1999 at The London High Court.
(cut)…….the judge misconducted himself by failing to give due consideration to the evidence I had placed before him (cut)……………………The Appeal will be lodged as soon as I receive the requisite forms from the Appeal court.
I am further to apply for Judicial Review in the matters of the above mentioned misconduct (cut)……………
In the interests of justice I consider that (cut)………you should not take further action until the above matters have been concluded. The Official Receiver's representative was in court,(cut)……..Yours sincerely, M Kellett ###
His Judicial Review will be against the police, the Official Receiver and Lever presumably. The letter could persuade Inglis to hasten the bankruptcy and the death of Mr Kellett. Mr Kellett proved fraud and perjury and pointed out some of the culprits in court. Even the court usher should have taken action on that but Lever - and he is not alone in this unacceptable behaviour - stated that such matters were irrelevant. So there was a man facing bankruptcy arising from fraud and perjury but Lever said that such matters were irrelevant. The Law may be an ass but not to that extent. Make a note of the name Peter Lever Q C. He has earned promotion.
DIRTY DACORUM BOROUGH COUNCIL
Normally we would not publish the following letter. Mr Beresford is so determined to get justice that we feel that he will take the law into his own hands. Hunt has refused to answer correspondence.
Letter dated 16 October from Mr Charles Beresford, D.O.T. A.D.I., (Fax 01442 249999) to K Hunt, Chief Executive of Dacorum Borough Council, Civic Centre Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead.
### Dear K Hunt, I understand that you are taking early retirement from the council. This is a good thing for the public. I hope your replacement will operate in a fair and legal manner, which cannot be said about you, when you cover up the misconduct of your officers.
I also understand that you are seeking to get an enhanced pension, when you have not completed the full service period. It would be in the public interest to pay off dishonest officers like you and the Director of Housing, if it were not illegal under Section 19 and 20 of the Local Authority Finance Act.
However the District Auditors keep playing musical chairs, in order to cover up misconduct in your borough and others. They should be charged with misconduct in public office, inter alia, neglect of duty, along with you criminals.
You should forward this letter to the District Auditor and other appropriate bodies. I shall forward it to VOMIT, which will publish it on the Internet News Groups including uk.legal.

Note: The District Auditor is one of the Deloitte Touche mob. We wouldn't touche them with a barge pole. As we recall it Mr Beresford's persecution was caused by all sorts of corrupt authorities including, the police, Ordnance Survey, the Land Registry and the Health and Safety Executive. Mr Beresford is a hard working man who has had his life and that of his family turned upside down by a bunch of crooked Masons in the council and in local businesses. Hunt is a Jewish Mason as is the editor of the local newspaper, which is a propaganda organ for the council.

We finished up with a confrontation with Thames Valley Police after we were set up by OFGEM. Callum McCarthy, Director General of OFGEM, has sent us numerous cards telling us he will reply to us in due course. He must be a stinking Mason from the tartan Mafia. He should have his office and salary terminated. If Mr Hunt gives us his story we will publish it and explain why there are 7 sides on a 50 pence coin.
DR STUART HILL - CHIEF LAND REGISTRAR - THE MASEFIELDS
Mr and Mrs Masefield (Fax 01308 485729), two octogenarians. have been persecuted for years after having been swindled out of their property. On 18 October 1999 they wrote to Hill. Following a County Court hearing the Registrar at Weymouth Land Registry advised an appeal to the House of Lords presumably because he/she considered that a bent Registrar and a bent Ordnance Survey Director (Fax 01703 792782) constituted a new point in law. Actually it comes under corruption and fraud - criminal matters - Butch Stichbury. The Masefields say that they could not afford the £18,000 to mount a challenge in the Lords. Usually a bent civil servant prevents cases being heard and there isn't much anyone can do about that with or without £18,000.
These land swindles occur every day promoted by local Masons usually aided and abetted by the courts, the Land Registry and Ordnance Survey. This ratbag Hill wrote to us and did not address a single issue. He said he could find no evidence of corruption in Leicester Land Registry. He did not say "The three plans submitted for property adjacent to yours are in conflict because we want to ensure that the drug site can claim your property at a later date either by adverse possession or by reliance on the maps doctored by OS". Hill is another one whose position and salary should be terminated. If we were violent he would be pushing up the daisies.
Interestingly the Masefields state that Weymouth Land Registry used a 1992 OS Plan rather than a 1963 OS Plan to swindle them. In our case the OS produced a false Plan in 1992 to replace 1972 OS Plan and gave instructions to the OS Map Centre in Victoria, London, that the false plan was not to be issued to the public. From that OS crime many other crimes flowed involving Bucks County Council, Chiltern District Council, the District Valuer etc. The man responsible at O S (Romsey) was a Mason named Mouncey. Can you see why Blair and company sent the police after us? We have three individuals in this issue alone pointing the finger at Ordnance Survey. There are hundreds of such victims of Ordnance Survey and Land Registry. Two organisations, which are supposed to be absolutely fair, thorough and honest form in fact the ground rock of corruption. The courts never seem to find against them.
ALBERT DRYDEN'S LONG STRAW

I have today (18 October) heard again from Mr Dryden whose case you have failed to review. Representations on his behalf you have ignored. This very fit man has suffered more than one heart attack. Currently he complains of violent headaches and loss of hair.
Mr Dryden complains that his mail is being opened and that this is unlawful unless, of course, you have authorised it.
Should this man suffer serious illness or death you will be held responsible.
Perhaps you would care to comment on the criminal behaviour of Thames Valley police officers here on 18, 21 and 22 August 1999. Please do not deny knowledge of the raids.

### On 6 May 1997, in the Court of Appeal, wilfully and knowingly, in breach of your Oath to the Crown, in the matter of Parimtree Limited, you adjudicated in favour of your employer, Lloyds of London.
I therefore demand that you resign immediately from Judicial Office, informing "the Mafia Godfather," (Irvine) forthwith.

Now you know why Blair ordered the Attorney General to commit Mr Scriven to prison . We were led to believe that Millett was a Name in a Lloyd's syndicate that swindled Parimtree Limited. Mr Scriven must not criticise the numerous bent judges kept in position by the charismatic Cardinal Irvine.
TIME TO INVESTIGATE BLAIR AND MANDELSON
These two politicians are coated with Teflon and so too was John Gotti. Neither has any experience of government. Both are wordsmiths skilled in the art of deceit. Mandelson, having suffered the pricks of adversity, knows that he should maintain a low profile. Blair will rabbit himself into a hole.
Some months ago Mandelson bought a tatty flat in Notting Hill, West London, but made no attempt to refurbish it and live in it. The suggestion is that he was aware in July that he was about to get an improvement in his financial circumstances. As soon as he was appointed Ulster Secretary work commenced on his tatty flat. With his salary increase of £64,307 plus his MP's salary of £47,008 he could well afford to do the repairs. As Northern Ireland Secretary he will have many of the repairs done free of charge and, if we know the beggars on horseback, all refurbishment will be covered by the bill to cover his bomb proof floors, windows and doors.
Bear in mind that there were protests when Mandelson was appointed to the DTI, which was investigating Geoffrey Robinson's affairs. Obviously Robinson interested Blair and Mandelson because he was wealthy. Robinson was persuaded to part with more than one million pounds to Mandelson and to the "blind trust" which financed Blair's office and probably a lot more. The blind trust donation has been denied. The Charity Commission cannot be trusted. There is no smoke without fire. Robinson also bought the New Statesman and made it Blair friendly. A man like Robinson does not part with money unless there is a profit to be had. Mandelson was made Minister for Trade and Industry where he could have influenced the outcome of the DTI enquiry. As with the Blair blind trust Mandelson claimed separation from the enquiry. Yet now we find that Robinson believes that the threat of an adverse DTI finding is being used to persuade him to omit information from his forthcoming book. The corruption cuts both ways.
Blair's good luck also poses problems. Did Robinson's money buy Blair's Islington house? If not who did buy the house? What are the connections between the pharmaceutical companies and this government? It appears that aspirin and vitamins were not the only items that had their prices artificially inflated. There is a whole range of drugs involved causing health authorities to run out of funds. Where does Grand Prix motor racing and tobacco advertising come into the picture? Why should Blair drag his family half way across the world on successive Christmases to an island, which is the home of the recycled proceeds of organised crime? Then we have all the free holidays enjoyed by Blair and other beggars on horseback. They will all deny these but common sense says that they are receiving gifts and that they will return the favours. Who in their right senses would give the bloated Prescott a Jaguar car if they did not expect favours in return? A responsible Prime Minister would set an example and would ensure that his beggars did not behave in a manner, which causes public outrage. The Italians call Blair "The Scrounger" (Scroccone).
