CHARITY CROOKS AND WEST DORSET DISTRICT COUNCIL

### Re Trusteeship of Parish Land at Askerswell.
The Chairman of the Parish meeting, Lt Col A Gordon-Hall declared that the allotments were now vested in the Custodian of the Charity Commission, the 3 Trustees being himself, Councillor Eileen Bryan and Lionel Lubman of Askerswell and that "We can now do as we like with them (allotments) legally".
We refer to his application with its attached plan DT 197145 purporting to be the Land Registration 'about 1985' of the allotment parcels numbered 1 and 2.
DT 197145 is in fact our own filed title plan; but copy falsified no doubt to meet the requirement for vesting land by the Charity Commissioner.
It is a blatant forgery, with or without your knowledge, but emphasises similar occurrences in the spurious legal action brought against us by your predecessors in office, continued by yourself, over the said allotments.
Will you please quote chapter and verse of the statutory law, as well as your involvement in the latest criminal offence, which entitles you and Lt Col Gordon-Hall to relinquish trusteeship and vest the said allotments in the Charity Custodian.
We request an early reply.

Comment: Gordon-Hall must be a Mason. When the Charity Commission is criticised we hold up our hands in horror. Surely not! These people are all do gooders. Bollox! Show us a charity and we will show you some parasites whose criminal offences are condoned by the Charity Commissioners.
We repeat the story about Barclays Bank Trust Company Limited. As managing trustee of the Combined Charities Trust it disposed of the adjacent drug site (at Misbourne Farm, Chalfont St Giles) to a couple who were not the highest bidders. The property portfolio included other properties. The amount received for the sale of all Trust property was less than half of the highest bid for the drug site. The Charity Commissioners must have had their hands in the same warm cowpat as Barclays. Remember Lord Denning's judgement that "fraud unravels everything". Coincidentally Chiltern District Council backed the corrupt development of the site as did the Planning Inspectorate, the Land Registry and Ordnance Survey. When are we going to waken up? The police raids here on 18, 21 and 22 August were part of a plan to seize the evidence against various authorities including the police.
THAMES VALLEY AND WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE CORRUPTION
We are taking up space with this item because it was an attempt by the government to close down the publisher of VOMIT and Norman Scarth and to incapacitate them. It could have resulted in the death of the pair.
Southern Electric committed serious offences in ensuring that VOMIT premises were forcibly entered on 18 August. An unknown number of policemen were in attendance. Seven police officers called again early on Saturday and Sunday 21 and 22 August to remove the files and equipment and to apprehend the publisher. At no time was a warrant produced. The police officers on 21 and 22 August said that they did not have a warrant. When a report of the raids appeared on the front page of a local newspaper the police got one of their narks to support the falsehoods quoted below. Southern Electric is now called something like "Scottish & Southern Energy" with HQ at Perth, Scotland!
On 8 August 7 policemen laid siege to the home of Norman Scarth (Ph/Fax 0113 262 4179) in Leeds. On their own admission they were aware throughout the siege that it was not a police matter. Mr Scarth has defeated the UK in the European court and had another case before the EC. He has acted as Mackenzie Friend for victims in other courts and he has attacked judges twice when he appeared before Lord Woolf, Master of the Rolls. Following the police raid and several rushed court hearings there follows the judgement of Judge Behrens sitting at Leeds County Court on 30 September drawn on 11 October 1999.

There is still the police corruption to be punished but nobody, including the Police Complaints Authority, acknowledges receipt of Mr Scarth's complaint. He also has a substantial claim against the Plaintiff in the above action. Another Scarth case for defamation should have been set down months ago. As with Geoffrey Scriven (Fax 0161 428 1159 Ph 0161 428 0764), Mr Scarth and VOMIT it appears that the government has issued guidelines to the effect that police and court officials have a free hand to resort to any method they fancy to silence critics. Court officials have been given power to delay or ignore legal actions mounted by critics. Police frame-ups are routine, as are miscarriages of justice. This week Geoffrey Scriven learned that his application lodged with the Crown Office at the High Court on 11 August by fax and recorded delivery had not been sealed. The Head Clerk denied having received it. This Blair lot has hit on a new scam. If one sends a letter to Joe Soap and copies it to Blair or to some other charlatan a useless reply is received from another charlatan. The Post Office too plays its part. The Post Office, like British Telecom, is governed by Freemasonry and is above the law. Be reminded that Mr Scriven is due in the High Court at 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday 26 January 2000. There he will face imprisonment for continuing to criticise bent judges. Mr Bell of the Greater Manchester Police Authority (Fax 0161 727 7104) is playing games and delaying enquiries into police corruption.
VOMIT, Scriven and Scarth are grinding their own axes but they are also putting themselves at risk on behalf of other victims. It is time these victims spoke out about this use of seven policemen against two septuagenarians and the threat to Geoffrey Scriven. Blair (Fax 0171 930 1419), Straw (Fax 0171 273 3965) and Irvine (Fax 0171 219 4711), fortified by the 'success' of their bombing of civilians in Iraq and Serbia, have now stepped up police thuggery in the UK to effectively give bent judges and Ministers an easy ride.
In the Scarth and VOMIT incidents the police claim that their sieges were separate from actions taken in the courts. That is a lie but even assuming that to be true Blair must ensure that action is taken against the Chief Constables of West Yorkshire (01924 292013) and Thames Valley Police (01865 846160) and against Peter Moorhouse (Fax 0171 273 6401) of the Police Complaints Authority without further delay.

### I visited your home address on the morning of Saturday 21st August 1999 to talk to you about an allegation of harassment. There was no reply from your door and the telephone was engaged. Mr Wilcockson arrived and stated that you were unlikely to want to talk to me. I called again the following morning and there was also no reply. You have since sent a letter to the police which requested details of the complaint against you. An allegation of harassment has been made by Mr John Hearn of H. Hearn & Son Ltd. He states that from the very first day the Company occupied Paperstock House he has been harassed by you. This has included numerous fax's and correspondence that have been received by H. Hearn & Son, Hellmann International Parcel Systems, related suppliers and customers. It is not just the sheer quantity of correspondence that Mr Hearn has found harassing but the content. You have made allegations that his Company is involved in the supply of drugs, that Paperstock House is a drugs site and that Mr Hearn and the Company are involved in corruption. He also objects to the signs that are displayed on your property and the fact that you appear to take photographs of his staff. All he wants is for this behaviour to stop.
I hereby request that you cease the kind of behaviour described above and that you stop harassing Mr Hearn. You must not send any more correspondence, of any description to H Hearn & Son or to any person, company or organisation that has got anything at all to do with Mr Hearn. You must also take down the signs displayed regarding Mr Hearn and his Company and you must stop taking photographs of his staff. The Police have been involved in the investigation of this matter because harassment is now a criminal offence. The legislation that makes your alleged behaviour criminal comes from the Protection From Harassment Act 1997. In particular Section 2 relates to the Offence of Causing Harassment. A person convicted of this summary offence is liable to six months' imprisonment and/or a level 5 fine or both. A Criminal Court can issue a restraining order to prevent offenders from further conduct which amounts to harassment. If you continue to harass Mr Hearn, directly or indirectly, by any means what-so-ever then you can expect the Police to take further action against you.

The above letter dated 6 September was not faxed until 8 September allegedly because the constable had to send a sheet of his headed notepaper to Det. Supt. Legover Alcraft at Thames Valley Police HQ for "what-so-ever" reasons. The constable phoned Todd on 8 September and was cut off as soon as he identified himself. He was obliged to commit himself in writing. Apart from being a tissue of lies the letter is nonsense in law. We don't know whether Hearn made any statement to the police. Further we do not know John Hearn or any other copper's nark named Hearn. Our investigations suggest that he is John Henry Frank Hearn, 122 Chartridge Lane, Chesham, Bucks. HP5 2RH. If he did make these false statements to protect a corrupt police force he could be in trouble in both the criminal and civil courts.
The Protection from Harassment Act does not apply to companies or where crime is being investigated. We know that offences are being committed at the drug site if only on account of this most recent crime committed by the police with the collaboration of the drug site occupiers. On Saturday 21 August they made sure that none of their employees witnessed 7 police officers attacking an old age pensioner. It was the drug site occupiers who excavated the bed of the River Misbourne. That was connected with the theft of water from the River Misbourne for conversion to sewage. It could also have been a means of absorbing the raw sewage from the drug site. The reason for Southern Electric taking precipitate and unlawful action to force entry into our premises stemmed from the fact that we had documentary evidence of widespread corruption. We had discovered recently that the drug site operators had installed a septic tank, which was bound to pollute the supply of domestic water. Paperstock House is not a house but a factory. There is no way in which it can operate with a septic tank without polluting the aquifers because a large number of people relieve themselves daily between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. On 30 September a planning application was posted for the drug site. It must be for a septic tank. The notice is worded to conceal this from the public.
The notices referred to have been on display for ten years. One recently pulled down by persons unknown read "THESE NOTICES ARE OUR ONLY DEFENCE. WE HAVE NO POLICE PROTECTION". Presumably when the constable refers to the quantity of faxes he is referring to the weekly issue of VOMIT which is not sent to the drug site. Nowhere has the name Hearn been mentioned. The latest allegation is that the constable is going around Chalfont St Giles scandalising Todd. We require hard evidence of this. Was it the cop or a Masonic Parish Councillor?
There is an attempt to divert attention from the fact that British Telecom was monitoring our phone, preventing us from making calls and reporting our incoming telephone calls for the police crooks who were hammering on our door. Norman Scarth had his telephone disconnected on 7 October at a critical time on the grounds that BT had received an anonymous call on 28 September saying that someone was using Mr Scarth's telephone fraudulently. BT stinks of Freemasonry right into the Chairman's (Sir Ian Vallance) office.
Suzon Forscey-Moore of the Campaign for a Fair Hearing will confirm that she wrote to Chief Constable Pollard in August 1998 about police harassment and drugs. The police behaviour then let us know that there was something unlawful at the drug site, which had just been occupied by H Hearn & Son. That was when Hearn/police harassment began. Pollard did not acknowledge receipt of the CFAFH letter presumably because he wants to hold up clean hands when the truth finally emerges. On this occasion the Press ensured that the police had to reply. The access road is a public footpath with a notice limiting the speed to 5 m.p.h. Daily from before 6 a.m. until after 8 p.m. there is a constant stream of vehicles ranging from double trailer articulated vehicles to scooters speeding up and down the access road within a few yards of our residence. Even if the police were to leave us alone we could not venture out during the drug site working hours.
APOLOGIES
We cannot cope with the large number of long letters we are now receiving. Long letters are counter productive. Civil servants are selecting pieces of your letters and adding them to the Civil Service Joke Book. One of our contributors does not appreciate the danger publishing something when there is in force an injunction preventing publication. We need someone to run a database starting with Blair and Chief Constables and progressing gradually to cover judges, regulators, ombudsmen, commissioners, banks, insurers, solicitors and all the self serving quangos. Do any of you know anything about Christopher Birks (Fax 0118 9500 388) of the Environment Agency at Reading or about Callum McCarthy (Fax 0171 932 1600) Director General of OFGEM? McCarthy was with Barclays (Tony's cronies) at one time and appears to be another of the tartan Mafia. Wakey! Wakey!
