                     Victims Of Masonic Ill-Treatment 25 September 1999

Anyone criticised or maligned in these publications has a guaranteed right of reply. JMF or P2 Lodge UK stands for the hierarchies of the Judaeo/Masonic Faction. The ordinary Mason and Jew are as likely to suffer from the machinations of the JMF as non-Masons and non-Jews are.

ANOTHER DEATH

Last Sunday John Jeffrey of Keighley, West Yorkshire died. His enemy was Barclays Bank. There was a time when money in the bank was safe and bank employees were honest men. These 'safe as a bank' days have gone. Nobody's assets are safe if banks or if solicitors know about them.

ALBERT DRYDEN

CK 0635 Dryden A, "C" Wing H M Prison Garth Ulnes Walton Lane LEYLAND Lancs. We wonder whether anyone has contacted Albert or has given him any thought. He is a victim without freedom of speech or movement. If we cannot help and comfort each other we are playing into our oppressors' hands. Please let Albert Dryden know that he is not forgotten.

THE GERMAN AMBASSADOR

We are prisoners here because , inter alia, we overlook a drug site, which should still be undeveloped farmland. We believe that we stopped a drug clinic being established in Chalfont St Giles by three Americans who were former junkies. At least one of them was connected with organised crime in the USA. They had a clinic in West Germany. When we reported their criminal connections to the West German ambassador the junkies fled Germany and Chalfont St Giles.

Last week we gave you the German ambassador's fax number (0171 824 1315). We wonder whether anyone rattled his cage. Apart from the drugs aspect Hellmanns are benefiting from corruption in Thames Valley Police, Chiltern District Council, the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions (DETR - Prescott) and Bucks County Council. We say that a company, which enjoys the fruits of corruption, is itself corrupt.

We persecute ex-servicemen Scriven, Todd and Scarth but gave our *Old Boy" Masonic traitors Philby, Blunt, Maclean, Burgess and Blake freedom. Recently spies have been given immunity from prosecution. We would have been better off if we had lost World War Two. There would have been no Masons to undermine the Rule of Law. Hitler got it right there. We get the government we deserve. We victims are all primarily interested in our own persecution. The best way to help ourselves is to help others. What goes around comes around.

THE UK DRUGS CENTRE

May we say that Charlie Kray should not have been prosecuted? Part of his operation had police approval. Charlie paid visits to Misbourne Farm, Chalfont St Giles. Nearby British Coal property was to be developed as a drug site by the American junkies at the Vache, Nightingales Lane, Chalfont St Giles. Less than a mile away two steel containers were parked at Hentucks Farm, Gorelands Lane. Two men with Pit Bull terriers guarded them. The dogs had live chickens tossed to them. The dogs bounced them like footballs before tearing them apart. The containers contained cannabis. The Chilterns are famous for drugs especially at Chalfont St Giles.

MORE ON DIRTY DORSET

J & B Masefield (Phone 01308 485412 Fax 01308 485729) are busy again spitting into the wind. They have been persecuted by a whole range of public bodies and in particular by West Dorset District Council. We have had much the same experience with the same bodies and with a corrupt Chiltern District Council. The Masefields have written to Chief Constable Stichbury stating effectively that it is not acceptable that a police officer should reply to the effect that he or she finds no evidence of malpractice without dealing with each allegation and reporting on it in detail. We have Masons investigating Masons. For example if someone reports that PC Plod 2333 went into a shop and accepted cigarettes and chocolates without making a payment it isn't good enough to say that there was no evidence of the incident having occurred. The investigating officer might say "PC Plod denies being the area on that occasion and has provided an alibi. The shopkeeper denies that any policeman has ever failed to pay for purchases". The complainer could then, for example, visit the shopkeeper to see if the police had asked questions. Nowadays nobody believes a policeman because there are so many bad policemen. Stichbury is certainly not tackling corruption within her force. The Masefields should now complain to the Home Secretary who will also stonewall. The next step is to complain to the Prime Minister. The buck stops there. Make sure that Blair minions stop passing the buck. Copy your Blair letters (short) to us and we will publish them. It is high time he was called to account.

The Masefields have also written to the Lord Chancellor's Customer Service Unit explaining why the staff is wrong. What is the point in explaining over and over again to crooks why they are crooks? Give the trash one chance to deal with a complaint and then stick it with the Prime Minister. He is the person responsible at the end of the day. He appointed Irvine as Lord Chancellor. If he were to sack Irvine the next Lord Chancellor might find that honesty is the best policy for the good of the country.

Gerald Coulter (Ph/Fax 01923 262726) is learning something about stinking Masons every day. Mr Coulter, out of loyalty to his uncle, has until this week told nobody that his uncle was a senior policeman with Dorset police. When Mr Coulter first approached him about police corruption the cop explained that he was about to retire after 30 years and did not want to rock the boat and jeopardise his pension. He told Mr Coulter that the stolen car problem was probably Masonic. Now Mr Coulter has found out that his uncle is a member of Branksome Lodge. Another senior policeman, the brother of the bent car dealer is in the same lodge. So we have the one Mason helping his crooked brother who is not a Mason and persecuting Mr Coulter while Mr Coulter's uncle, Robert Wright, can do nothing presumably because he has skeletons in his cupboard. This illustrates how Masonry will protect crooks who are not even Masons while persecuting law abiding citizens who have been victims of the crooks. Be reminded that the evil bastard who protected the crook was responsible for the death of David Dolton, the bent solicitor. He probably also brought about the resignation of the Chief Constable and his deputy admittedly with enhanced pensions.

On 5 August 1999 Mr Coulter's solicitors wrote to and faxed Deputy Sheriff O'Keefe at solicitors White & Bowker of Southampton (Fax 01703 329777) this statement

"We stated that our client has instructed us to make an application to set aside the order against him for costs. He has good grounds for doing so and Counsel is dealing with the necessary preparation".

On 9 September 1999 White & Bowker wrote to Mr Coulter as follows.

"We confirm that we have not received a letter from your solicitors stating that your Barrister has been instructed to set aside the order for costs against you".

Mr Coulter has given this evidence to Dorset police who must prosecute O'Keefe for misconduct in public office. The police state that evidence of perjury committed against Mr Coulter has gone to the Crown Prosecution Service and that other perjuries are being investigated. No doubt you have heard of the Mason who defecated on the floor of his hotel room. He kicked it about until he lost it. When we hear that one of these crooked Masonic bastards has been jailed we may see Chief Constable Stichbury in a more favourable light. She is clearly surrounded by guilty Masons including Peter Harvey who has gone from strength to strength since her arrival in Dorset.

Will other West Country victims please contact Barry Hunt and assist with the distribution of leaflets? Barry is on Fax/Phone 01305 777348.

MAURICE KELLETT AND MASONIC JUDGES

Mr Kellett (Ph/Fax 0191 526 4555) accidentally upset the Masons of the Northeast years ago. Currently he is not making too much progress with policeman DI Coxon or with his solicitor David Hughes of Harding Swinbourne Jackson & Co (Fax 0191 883 4554). Nor is Mr Kellett over impressed by Counsel Peter Sabiston of Middlesborough. The following court order should not strain them too much.

### In the Durham County Court

Between Mr Maurice Kellett, Plaintiff and Mr R Young, 9 Corry Close, Blackhall, Hartlepool, Cleveland TS27 4HH

BEFORE Deputy District Judge Baird sitting at The Courthouse, Hallgarth Street, Durham on the 10th November 1992.

UPON HEARING both parties in person

IT IS ORDERED THAT

  1. The appeal against the decision made by the District Judge on the 1st October, 1992 be dismissed.
  2. The judgement dated 1st October, 1992 do stand
  3. There be no order as to costs
  4. Dated 10th November 1992 ###

This is a clear example of the corruption in Mr Kellett's cases. The appeal had to be heard by a higher order Judge. This would indicate that both judges were Masons and that Mr Kellett was denied justice.

NORMAN SCARTH

As with VOMIT Mr Scarth (Ph/Fax 0113 262 4179) was put under siege by a police mob with the clear intention of seizing evidence which incriminated UK authorities and inflicting damage to Mr Scarth's person. Mr Scarth had beaten the UK in the European Human Rights court and had savaged Lord Woolf, Master of the Rolls, twice in the Court of Appeal. The lickspittle (probably a Mason) who had given the police an excuse to attack Mr Scarth decided to abuse the legal process using solicitors Richards & Co of Leeds (Fax 0113 248 5778). After about half a dozen irregular hearings the case has now been referred to Leeds District Registry. In his last appeal, according to Mr Scarth, he told the judge to do his worst and send in the tanks. We have copious information from Mr Scarth but he has not sent us his last appeal submissions, a copy of the court order or the date of the next hearing. We can make excuses for Mr Scarth who is over70 years old and traumatised. We can make no excuses for the judges, the solicitors and the Masons. Obviously Mr Scarth is not going to get justice. The Will, which makes Mr Scarth a beneficiary of the estate, has still not been exhibited to Mr Scarth who may be the executor and also the owner of the house in dispute.

THE CAMPAIGN FOR A FAIR HEARING

The following letter dated 22 September 1999 was sent by J M Todd (VOMIT) to Mrs Suzon Forscey-Moore, organiser of the CFAFH

### Dear Mrs Forscey-Moore,

You need not read this. As the Jewish trader said "These are not for eating. These are for buying and selling".

When the National Council for Civil Liberties was located at King's Cross before it moved to 4 Camden High Street and before Patricia Hewitt, MP, and Harriet Harman, MP, earned their corn as solicitors for the NCCL and before the NCCL changed its name to Liberty and at a time when Jeremy Thorpe was a member of the council, an agitated man visited the NCCL office in Kings Cross. He may have been Irish. I am not sure about that but he was connected with the Irish problem. He claimed that Special Branch officers who were going to kill him were following him.

As you will know the NCCL was interested only in high profile causes because these brought it more donations. It decided that the visitor was suffering from paranoia and sent him on his way. A few days later the man was found dead in the Surrey countryside with bullets in the back of his head. I think that Private Eye reported the story. The method of killing was alleged to be typically IRA. Special Branch did not know how to shoot people in the back of the head and anyway British policemen would never deliberately kill anyone.

On Wednesday 18 August 1999 I know that I was likely to be killed. On Saturday and Sunday 21 and 22 August 1999 I know that I was either going to severely damaged or killed.

Royston Leicester, a former experienced police officer, told me yesterday that the police must have tipped off the Wilcocksons about the police intentions. There are in fact some good police officers in these parts. I don't know what to make of this but I do know that this government is capable of any outrage either at home or abroad.

Yours sincerely, JAMES M TODD.

Copied to the Prime Minister and Peter Moorhouse of Police Complaints Authority (PCA ref. D 1999 100782) ###

The above letter was faxed to the Prime Minister and Moorhouse at 9 a.m. on 22 September. There appears to have been an immediate reaction in that the postman caused so much noise that we had to get out of the bath on 23 September. He had a Special Delivery Letter for us which was probably an early Christmas Card but more likely the usual attempt to abuse the legal process after the police had fouled up. As with Norman Scarth above there is no way in which we will get justice after exposing Masonic corruption.

Also on 23 September an influential member of the public informed us that the council would be tackling the use of a small local firm by Hellmanns to encroach upon a secluded green belt site and cause chaos on the A413. The caller was astonished that international companies like FRANZ MAAS and MAMMOET with huge vehicles should be visiting the drug site. Hellmanns of Osnabruk have pumped huge sums of money into Hellmann International Forwarders Limited. Hellmann Parcel Systems, which operates from the drug site, is not a limited company. For all we know it could be owned by the Blair Cabinet. Something stinks about Hellmann and Hearn who benefit from the police jackboot and widespread corruption. Where drugs are involved the barons do not hesitate to kill.

PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE ACT 1999 AND G SCRIVEN

On 21 September 1999 Geoffrey Scriven (Ph 0161 428 0764 Fax 0161 428 1159) wrote to Roger Bell, Corporate Services, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford M27 5AW explaining how the Criminal Investigation Department of Greater Manchester Police had been guilty of misconduct in public office by virtue of their misfeasance, malfeasance and nonfeasance. Mr Scriven's complaints are well documented. The Attorney General is seeking to have him imprisoned for speaking out.

Initially the police stated that the matters reported by Mr Scriven were "so serious, they had to request additional resources". Yet the police did not question four witnesses whose details were given to them by Mr Scriven.

The offences detailed to the CID involved the Perjury Act 1911, the Theft Act 1968, Section 16 and the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981, Section 1. As an example of the corruption of the CID they ignored completely perjury by solicitors and counsel and suggested that the perjury of the senior partner at James Chapman & Co should be referred to the Solicitors' Complaints Bureau. The SCB had been wound up. It could not anyway prosecute corrupt solicitors. That was the duty of the police and the Crown Prosecution Service.

We will be very much surprised if yet another Labour inspired scheme makes the slightest contribution to cleaning up the police and the courts. Labour has a new initiative every week to distract attention from the fact that few of its policies are yielding results. Blair may call an early election in order to bleed the country for one more term of office. If he does not address the issues raised by the Scriven cases he could have the streets running with blood. Usually an Englishman is fairly tolerant of the weaknesses of others. Even a worm will turn.
