THE DEATH OF GERALD ADSHEAD
We are saddened by the death of Gerald Adshead last Sunday. He was a Mason who had integrity and spirit. Like Stephen Knight, author of the Brotherhood, he died of an aggressive brain tumour after an invasive biopsy.
Our thoughts are with his widow and her children who now face the evil of the UK legal system on their own.

Due to continuous harassment by Thames Valley Police we have had to take up too much space trying to protect ourself. We apologise to David Fullbright of Luton and his family who are frightened to seek medical treatment on account of their phobia of Freemasonry. We shun doctors. The High Court has still not acknowledged the application of Geoffrey Scriven to transfer his case to the Central Criminal Court. Unbelievable!
THE EVIL MASONNES
We have suspected for a long time that females were either taking orders from Masons or belonged to a similar organisation. Now the brotherhood is putting out a spin that the first women-only lodge opened in Britain in 1908 and included the suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst as a member. Male membership of lodges is falling. It is claimed that there are now 14,000 female Masons in the UK with 1000 joining each year. These Masonnes will be more devious than Masons. They have become expert in the art of deception in order to enjoy a degree of freedom from childbearing and housekeeping. Let us hope that decent women will deal with this new threat. A male dominated hierarchy will still control the Masonnes. They would never have been allowed to affiliate if male membership had not started falling. Now we have inadequate women filling the gaps and perpetuating the oppression of both men and women. Individuals who join the Masons are usually inadequate people who hope to obtain preferential treatment in the work place. That is why our government and law agencies are awash with mediocrity and corruption.

Two 74 year-olds, Norman Scarth of Leeds and James Todd of London and Chalfont St Giles have been attacked by 7 policemen including what may well be police marksmen. Both have complained to the Police Complaints Authority, which does not acknowledge receipt of complaints. We try to keep Mr Mansfield informed of these matters since, after the Lawrence whitewash, he must want to know if the PCA has changed in any way. Our view is that it has not changed and will never change. We do not know if Mr Moorhouse is a Mason but we are informed that Masons fill key positions. (MB) When we complained a few years ago a female did the dirty on us. She would be a Masonne.
When Gerald Coulter complained about Dorset Constabulary the PCA found that Peter Harvey had been guilty of misconduct in public office but claimed that the offence was outside its remit. In other words the PCA was saying that Harvey had prevented the Chief Constable and other policemen being investigated (by an outside force) for criminal offences but that the policemen whom Harvey had protected were the people who had now to prosecute Harvey for protecting them. The PCA should have appointed an outside force to investigate every aspect of Dorset Constabulary corruption including Harvey.
`When several policemen start hammering on the doors and windows of a house occupied by old men living alone they could be charged with attempted murder. When police marksmen are involved we could find that the shoot-to-kill policy of Northern Ireland operates on mainland UK. The Guardian, on 24 August reports, how the police were involved in the murder of Pat Finucane, the Belfast civil rights lawyer. The Sunday Times, on 22 August, splashed the headline story of how UK private security companies associated with MI6 and the SAS were masterminding assassinations abroad. For years people like Colin Wallace, a former intelligence agent, have been telling us that our security services are out of control. Wallace was framed on a murder charge and imprisoned. He was subsequently cleared. How many murders are committed in the UK by private security firms?
DORSET SCHOOL FOR SCANDALS (2)
Last week we explained how Liberal Democrat (LD) Dorset County Councillor Peter Hartwell arranged to have council property (at 28 Princess Road, Poole) used for a school which changed its name from "The New School" to the Franklyn House School. The head of the school changed her name from Nina Hern to Nina Franklyn. The school enjoyed charitable status when it was not a registered charity. Some parents paid hundreds of pounds per term. It was a business, which had two "charity" shops generating income in Bournemouth and at Wimborne Road, Kinson. Planning permission was obtained for school use without residential permission. So we have a school accepting substantial payments for providing education and obtaining income from its own shops. The school was housed in council property and could not be used as a residence. The businesses had some link to a Bath based charity called "Human Scale Education" but there has been no evidence that the Franklyn House School business made a contribution to the charity. We believe that the Charity Commissioners, the Inland Revenue, Customs & Excise (VAT), the council tax department and the police should investigate the Franklyn projects.
Nina Franklyn was nothing if not ambitious. She decided to become a councillor for the Bourne Valley Ward of Poole Borough Council. Since she did not have the residential qualification she decided to use the Franklyn School address at 28 Princess Road, Poole. Franklyin lived at 11 Netley Close, Oakdale, Poole. Franklyn became a councillor.
There were other fund raising activities at the Franklyn House School, which became a focus for LD councillors Hartwell, Franklyn, Mark Howlett and David Chicken. Hartwell and Franklyn used the school for their political surgeries until the County Council was obliged to call a halt to council property being used for political purposes. Lomond Handley (female) a LD County Councillor and Borough Councillor for Bourne Valley wrote to leading LD councillors informing them of the rackets and indicating several avenues which should be followed to uncover fraud and misconduct in public office. Councillor Hartwell advocated extending the lease of the Franklyn House School on the grounds that it was "a nice little earner". He did not say how much it earned or who the beneficiaries were. The ratepayers lost vast sums. Eventually education officials visited the school and closed it down immediately. Most of this scandal is exposed in the minutes of full County Council meetings under "Members' Questions". Lomond Handley has since been harassed by the police and was arrested on one occasion ostensibly to prevent her asking questions. She was later released without charge.
What are Dorset Police doing about these scandals and the complaints of Barry Hunt, Gerald Coulter, Mr & Mrs Masefield and David Husband? Mr Coulter's solicitors appear to have been nobbled and should exercise caution. Some new bird at Dorset County Council is trying to bamboozle David Husband. The Criminal Cases Review Commission is still suffering from Masonic constipation over Barry Hunt. Chief Constable Stichbury must be completely bogged down in complaints. Either that or she is a Masonne.

THE POLICE AND VOMIT
We are asked why we started our war on authority. The police started it. Many years ago we were involved in the guided weapons project (Red Shoes) at Luton. Contracts were on a "cost plus" basis and were awarded by the Ministry of Defence. The more money the developers squandered the greater were their profits. We were found guilty of blowing the whistle and escorted out of the front door into a taxi without collecting our property or taking farewell of our colleagues. In fact the man who blew the whistle was a draughtsman who subsequently became Chief Personnel Officer of British Aerospace at Stevenage. That was the only time we were ever sacked from a job. Thereafter everywhere we went we were kept under strict control and denied promotion because we were not allowed to deal with confidential matters. When we left the Mobil Oil Company it scandalised us. It tried to obtain an injunction behind closed doors. The Press was suspicious of a barrister named Clyde who was hovering outside the court until the judge (Lord Walker) went to his chambers. Clyde, by his behaviour, caused the Press to give the writ publicity. Mobil accused us of, inter alia, betraying company secrets and calling at someone's house in the middle of the night with a knife. There were no company secrets because Monsanto were supplying the know-how for all oil companies. It was no secret that the Masonic handshake guaranteed Mobil business in Edinburgh and the Lothians. The knife incident was complete invention. We got rid of our bent solicitor. We were imprisoned for contempt of court. That was meant to stop the proof in the case. When we continued with the case cancer of the lung was diagnosed and surgery ordered in an Edinburgh Hospital. Again we say that South African Surgeon Philip Raby Walbaum tried to kill us. A German Staff Nurse later prevented registrar Cousins from administering a wrong blood transfusion. Being Masonic it took us 20 years to realise that Masons were acting against our interests. We had absolute faith in Freemasonry. Some Masons are more equal than others. Ordinary Masons are sacrificed by the Craft in the interests of big business.
We must stress that our history has little or nothing to do with the behaviour of Thames Valley Police. Money is the root of all evil. The problems in the Misbourne Valley, Buckinghamshire, arise from drugs and sewage. Clean river water is being converted to sewage. This generates massive profit. Drugs are or have been imported and distributed. Drugs generate massive profits.
`We have just been interrupted by a phone call from Peter Hayward because our telephone number came up on his phone. We do not recall ever having telephoned Peter Hayward. We take this opportunity to tell victims not to be surprised by unusual experiences with phones and faxes. All you lines are being monitored and interfered with.
Last week we reported how the police or Southern Electric forced entry into our property and changed an electricity meter. One man who was a main player in the unlawful act was E J Savage, Clerk to the Justices at Aylesbury. We wondered why Southern Electric (SE) obtained a warrant to change a meter which was not due for change until 2008. Nor did we know why SE did not communicate with the customer. Savage said that we were the customer because we had published in VOMIT "our house". The idiot has not heard of "editorial we". The scumbag expects us to write "At the address where we publish VOMIT and where we are caretaker". He must know that a huge company like SE knows that it must deal with its customers and not with someone who publishes a newssheet. To justify the attendance of policemen he quotes from correspondence between us and Lord Wilson, the Chairman of SE. We told Wilson to stay away from our address (i.e. the address where we are caretaker) or there would be violence. OFGEM (the gas and electricity regulator) had written to us saying that it enclosed a copy of a letter from SE explaining SE actions. The SE letter was not enclosed. We explained this to Wilson and asked him for a copy. Another provocateur with SE, named Mitchem, replied for Wilson and ignored our questions but stated that SE would be calling whether we liked it or not. We told Wilson that there would be violence because firstly it would have been justified and secondly we hoped to persuade him to stay away. That threat of violence justified the presence of policemen provided SE was behaving lawfully but the policemen could not intervene until they saw an impending breach of the peace. SE did not call at our door. A policeman did and threatened to break our door down if we did not open it. We took his photograph. The bent copper then called up assistance. As he was using his mobile phone he stopped talking and sprinted to his car. Before he could escape Councillor Doreen Wilcockson and her husband, former Councillor Peter Wilcockson cut him off. Simultaneously another policeman whom we believe to have been a marksman arrived on the scene. The first cop lied that we had threatened to kill him.
We repeat that SE had no lawful right to demand entry to replace a meter. Entry had never been refused to one man, the meter reader. SE did not contact their customer about entry. The police should not have interfered because there was no breach of the peace. Why did SE behave in a manner that guaranteed entry of more than one person for around twenty minutes? Were they opening the door for the police? Did they intend to plant a bug or drugs? Did they simply want to assault an old man and silence him for good? How did the Clerk to the Justices obtain copies of VOMIT and of correspondence between Wilson and us?
Do the following facts explain Wilson's behaviour? One man, Rod Matthews, built up Scottish Power Telecom. It was his baby. He acquired Demon Internet Limited. In February the man was ousted from the company when it was amalgamated with Southern Electric to become Scottish and Southern Electric. Two days later Demon Internet closed down our Web page and then denied us access to News Groups. Easynet cut us from the Internet on 16 August and the police/SE crimes were committed here on the 18 August. Lord Wilson must be a senior Scottish Mason by the smell he gives off. He would also know Lord Morton of Shuna, another Labour crook, who as Hugh Morton. a solicitor with Biggart Lumsden of Glasgow initiated the Mobil Oil Company case against us and cocked things up. It would be no surprise if Easynet had been leaned on by the D Notice Committee (Rear Admiral Pulvertaft) or is also controlled by Freemasonry. That did not stop VOMIT being circulated after midnight on 20 August and being posted to Internet News Groups at about the same time.
On Saturday morning, at 8.45, when the drug site was deserted seven police officers led by Detective John Blankenback (Fax 01494 736667}, were hammering our doors and windows just as Mr Wilcockson (Mr W) was telephoning us. Mr W. again came to our rescue. Blankenback said he that he simply wanted to talk to us and that the police would wait until they got hold of us. He did not have a warrant. Mr W. told Blankenback that he would wait until the police left. The police left. On Sunday morning, at 8.30 a.m. when the area was deserted there was banging on doors and windows. When we tried to phone Gerald Coulter our phone was dead. Mr W. phoned us and came immediately with his wife Councillor Wilcockson. The policemen had fled. On Sunday evening between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. approximately the dogs at a farm 100 yards away barked continuously (Phone 01494 874626). Neither the farmer, James Duncan, nor we could risk going outside. After making a phone call to Mr Duncan we heard a car go out from the access road. The dogs stopped barking. Our phone has been monitored, outgoing calls cut off and messages have been passed to police laying siege to these premises. On Monday morning Blankenback phoned. Mr W. took the call. Thames Valley Police write their own scripts. No need to talk to them! Wankenback suggested that we meet in High Wycombe Police Station to discuss a complaint against us about an unspecified matter. We have not committed an offences. Another frame-up coming? Wankenback has been guilty of misconduct in public office. He and his cowardly mates are also guilty of harassment - another criminal offence. Let us see how Chief Constable Pollard (Fax 01865 846160) deals with the offences of misconduct in public office, threatening behaviour, harassment, trespass, unlawful phone tapping, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and Southern Electric perjury.
We asked Wankenback to fax us details of the complaint made against us. He did not reply.
Mrs Suzon Forscey-Moore, organiser of the Campaign for a Fair Hearing, wrote as follows to Chief Constable Pollard on 21 August 1999 "Dear Chief Constable, On 11 August 1998 I faxed you regarding Mr Todd's allegations of police involvement in drug dealing and related harassment. As I had no means of looking into the validity of those allegations I asked what you had done to investigate them. You did not respond." (Part of this year's letter only. We reported the drugs operation to the International Organised Crime Squad at Scotland Yard and to Customs & Excise Intelligence Unit. Scotland Yard referred the matter to Thames Valley Police who ordered us by phone not to fax Scotland Yard again and said that our faxes would be torn up.
