LOCAL GOVERNMENT OMBUDSMEN (LGOs)
What we have been showing and writing is that all Ombudsmen in the UK, especially LGOs, are neither impartial nor independent and perform a function which is against the public interest and justice. The United Kingdom has debased the word "ombudsman".
The LGO for Dacorum Borough Council, Bucks County Council, Chiltern district Council, Isle of Wight councils, West Dorset District Council, Dorset County Council and Reading Borough Council is named Jerry White. A Jerry is a chamber pot. A pisspot is a chamber pot. We refer to White as "Pisspot White" but not on account of a predilection for vulgarity. We despise him and ridicule him.
One could be forgiven for believing that we see Freemasonry at its worst in Dorset where a former Metropolitan police officer, Jane Stichbury is Chief Constable. Now we have Reading hitting the headlines again. Its Chief Constable is Charles Pollard formerly of the Metropolitan Police and formerly resident in Gerrards Cross within the Buckinghamshire Masonic Mafia territory. Apart from the fact that his force has framed us and may try again to frame us today we would say that his is not really a first class mind. No doubt he is a first class something. Why else should he appear on TV not long after his appointment waving his arms about and lecturing the world at large on crime?
Let us say a word or two about Reading. It is a rotten borough. It is polluted with Freemasonry in its Industrial Tribunal, its Environment Agency, its Office of Gas and Electricity Markets and its courts. It had drug dealers at Malpas Farm, Theale and at Cumberland Road, Reading. One man acting with several other men was caught with a load of cannabis. He was fined £2,000, the amount the other men had paid him to drive his car from France with the drug. His criminal associates were allowed to go free "on a technicality". The car driver was the son of the Deputy Grand Master of the United Grand lodge. Compare his punishment with the 7 years imprisonment meted out to a man who accompanied another man carrying a small case full of cannabis. There is something weird about the whole drug scene. We have an official supply of cocaine. Cases go before the courts and are thrown out on technicalities. Many cases probably do not get as far as the courts. Then there was the case of the early release of two Liverpool drug barons who were friends of Michael Howard's (Home Secretary) cousin. Given that mountains of money are involved we would say that policemen, politicians and judges are either being bribed or threatened. Surely it is time that hard drugs and cannabis were made available at the pharmacist. Drugs probably account for most of the crime committed in this country including a large number of murders.
Reading Borough Council has just been fined £100,000 of taxpayers' money for not looking after taxpayers' money and allowing itself to be defrauded with equanimity. Reading Legal Aid office is accused of squandering public money. There is talk of bringing in the National Audit Office. A fat lot of good that will do. Legal Aid goes to solicitors and not to litigants. It doesn't matter about justice provided money is regularly paid out to solicitors. Legal Aid allows solicitors who administer the Legal Aid Fund to pay out cash to solicitors who probably pay back a percentage for goodwill. One Reading case involved a dispute about land ownership. If the Legal Aid Board had purchased the land at market value and given it to the one party while compensating the other party there would be no additional litigation and no further loss to the Legal Aid Fund. Cut the cost of Legal Aid and you cut the earnings of solicitors.
Reading Borough Council has not been accused of corruption but there is no smoke without fire. Out 405 local authorities investigated for their success in tackling fraud Reading was 399th - six places from the bottom of the list.
So we have a clutch of local authorities, dominated by Freemasonry, most of them seriously corrupt and all having Pisspot White as the LGO. You will recall that White was able to contact directly the Grand Secretary of the United Grand Lodge who told him who the Masons were on an Isle of Wight Council. The complaint was that the Masons on the council were at their usual fiddles over planning and development. White must be one of the Masons of high degree.
Now lets us see how Pisspot allows his office to be debased. In our case against Chiltern District council he said that since criminal offences were being alleged it was a matter for the police. We responded that since the police were part of the problem and had not prosecuted the council there was no criminal offence. We explained to the Pisspot that if he investigated wilful misconduct he could refer the matters to the police and report his findings to us. We were prepared to accept that. He said that the matter was closed and that future correspondence would be ignored.
Next we have the Masefields (Fax 44(0)1308 485729) who had a similar experience to our experience with Chiltern D C. The Director General of Ordnance Survey acted in collusion with West Dorset District Council to fabricate a plan. Pisspot should have referred the fraud to the police but simply found that the council had no case to answer. In the meantime the Masefields sought Judicial Review and were told that their case was a criminal matter. The Masefields have reported the matter to Chief Constable Stichbury. They have not received a reply. The Chairman of West Dorset CC has written to the Masefields telling them that since they were unsuccessful with judicial review the council had no case to answer. The Masefields main opponent is a councillor. We have dealt only with one small aspect of the widespread corruption the Masefields have had to contend with. Let us see if Stichbury has the will or the courage to tackle the corruption.
Charles Beresford (Fax 44(0)1442 249999) was swindled by Dacorum Borough Council with the help of a fabricated Ordnance Survey map. He reported the crimes to Hertfordshire Constabulary, which referred his complaint to the Pisspot who found nothing untoward. The police could not refer the matter to the Pisspot and the Pisspot could not accept the complaint from the police. Needless to say the Pisspot found in favour of the council and failed to explain his decision.
David Husband of Dorchester (email david@scanmaster.co.uk ) refused to have anything to do with Pisspot because he and an associated family were victims of Dorset County Council crime. Last week Mr Husband called a Press meeting to which councillors and officials were invited. The cowards stayed away but put out misleading statements suggesting that Mr Husband alone was making the complaints. The council also said that they were referring the matter to Pisspot for guidance. Don't forget that there are so many Masons in Dorset County Council that passers-by hold their noses as they pass County Hall. Mr Husband argues that his case has not been referred to the Ombudsman and that only he can refer his case to the Pisspot. He will not do so because the Stichbury Masons are supposed to be investigating his complaint. Ha bloody ha. So what happens when the Pisspot reports back to his brother Masons on Dorset County Council? The Pisspot will reply that he has studied the facts and that there were clearly avoidable human errors, freely admitted and regretted by the Council. Further the Pisspot will add that the council has done everything possible to make amends. The police will let their investigations wither away. Here is what County Councillor Jim Churchouse wrote to Mr Husband on 8 July 1999. "Whilst the County Council believes it has acted in the correct way if it is revealed that proper procedures have not been followed and there are breaches of common law these will come out in the interviews and final conclusions of the Ombudsman. Believe me you have nothing to fear in this truly independent investigation of your complaints". Again ha bloody ha. We don't know whether this mugwump is a Mason or not. He must be one to make a statement like that.

Let us not be duped again by the apparent antagonisms between Lord Saville and his brother judges. That is play-acting. The only risk posed to the soldier killers would arise if there were another Widgery type whitewash. Oh dear. We have just scandalised a judge and fear that Gargoyle Blair will have us committed to prison. Anyway Blair has more reason to conceal his name and address than have our brave anonymous soldiers who shot down unarmed civil rights marchers. All of these official enquiries are, as Suzon Forscey-Moore would say, "outcome driven" and based upon the secret briefings by the Lord Chancellor. Cupid Irvine's appointment is wholly and solely political. We ask again why the IRA should trust the Gargoyle when even a substantial part of the mainland population would not trust him as far as it could throw him. The only solution for Northern Ireland lies in the development of a genetically modified orange which is seedless and which leads to a united Ireland.
Don't pay too much attention to the story about the recent seizure of guns en route for the IRA from America. The truth is the first casualty of politicians. What Lord Saville must concentrate on is establishing who placed the sniper in a warehouse on the walls of Derry with orders to shoot-to-kill. What was the chain of command? He must determine whether Widgery knew about the murderer or if the police withheld information from Widgery. If Lord Saville does not deal with the sniper evidence we can disregard all of his conclusions. Why is it taking so long to conduct this enquiry? It appears that everything is being delayed until the deadline for handing in guns. The IRA will never abandon the struggle in circumstances where Nationalists are subject to control by an Orange/Masonic police force, an Orange/Masonic judiciary backed by a UK army, which murders Nationalists, innocent or guilty, with equanimity

### One measure of England's depth of corruption is how it is responding to McPhilemy's international best-seller; "The Committee: Political Assassination in Northern Ireland" which exposes the Royal Ulster Constabulary's policy of assassination of random Catholics. It contains details of some 150 murders (to date) by the RUC. English officialdom abets the mass murderers by making the book unavailable to the English public. It cannot be sold in England due to libel laws. Ditto Ireland; whose government is merely a puppet of London; we've sadly learned.
Like self-identified Irish in Occupied Ireland, you appear to have tried all non-violent means of getting justice. Do keep trying. Subjects of a monarchy can't expect the same level of justice as citizens of Republics. Perhaps with the help of supporters internationally you can take your case to an international forum.

This is the man who fell foul of the Masons in Tony Blair's heartland. He is severely incapacitated, has recently been imprisoned, declared bankrupt and removed from his local council. David Hughes of Harding, Swinburne, Jackson & Co (Fax 44(0)191 510 0334) is his solicitor. We believe that Mr Hughes is having a rough time. You will recall that he was prepared to let Mr Kellett face his oppressors alone because a Legal Aid Certificate had not arrived in time. He f9ollowed this up with a police interview at which Mr Kellett made a long statement. Inexplicably Mr Kellett was not asked to sign the statement. Then Mr Hughes fitted Mr Kellett up with Counsel Tim Spain who withdrew on account of a conflict of interests. Then counsel Mr Mitchell was to act for Mr Kellett but he too discovered a conflict of interest and withdrew. Another counsel, Mr Newcombe of Baker Street Chambers, Middlesborough, was appointed but he could not see Mr Kellett before the court hearing. The latest information is that Mr Newcombe will be able to see Mr Kellett on 31 August, a few days before the hearing,
We just do not understand why the police are not arresting people for perjury and fraud. They now have a case against the Official Receiver [B J Inglis Fax 44(0)1642 618644] who is knowingly promoting the fraud. Mr Hughes should be able to do something about this. The life of a solicitor is not an easy life in situations like these. Would you risk your whole career for a client on Legal Aid?

Mr Hunt who has been framed repeatedly by Dorset Masonic police and is being given the run-around by that other Masonic organisation, the Criminal Cases Review Commission, has added the comment "Does this include her own force of bent coppers? Evidently not! I have still not received a reply to my letter sent to her the week she started the job."

Peter Harvey should still be charged with misconduct in public office. As Secretary to the Police Authority he failed to refer my complaints against May and Aldous to an outside police force as required by Section 86(5) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984. ###
Mr Coulter has asked Stichbury for the names of members of the Police Authority who rejected his complaint but Stichbury, as is her custom, has ignored Mr Coulter's request.
MESSAGE TO CHIEF CONSTABLE STICHBURY
Forget about your boasting and spinning to the news media. Either tackle the serious corruption in your force or get out before you start a civil war. Because you are killing time Bailiffs are likely to tackle a Japanese lady Sumarai. You have wronged her. Japanese honour will be satisfied . If you keep Peter Harvey at police HQ that would be tantamount to an admission on your part that you are corrupt.
THERE WILL BE A VOMIT 31 SUPPLEMENT DEALING PRIMARILY WITH GEOFREY SCRIVEN, THE SCOURGE OF THE LEGAL ESTABLISHMENT. The last thing Attorney General Morris did before he resigned was to sign a writ seeking permission to commit Mr Scriven to prison.
