Victims Of Masonic Ill-Treatment 22 May 1999
Anyone criticised or maligned in these publications has a guaranteed right of reply. JMF or P2 Lodge UK stands for the hierarchies of the Judaeo/Masonic Faction. The ordinary Mason and Jew are as likely to suffer from the machinationsof the JMF as non-Masons and non-Jews are.

A NEW BOOK ABOUT THE DUPLICITY OF NEW LABOUR
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE LORD JUSTICE KENNEDY
'The Law is the true embodiment Of ev'ry thing that's excellent. It has no kind of fault or flaw And Cardinal Irvine embodies the Law.' Gilbert & Sullivan (nearly)
You will never find us scandalising the courts or accusing judges of violating their judicial oath. This is not an attack on Kennedy, LJ, who is probably as good as any judge in the UK. We are simply trying to establish why certain judges are selected for specific cases.. Let us take cases of Kennedy, LJ.
The Appeal of Dame Shirley Porter: This was a case involving politics.
The trial of Mr Owen Oyston: Mr Oyston was relying on a part political defence in that he was claiming that the police had targeted him because he was suing two Tory Grandees. Mr Oyston was almost certainly a victim of Freemasonry on account of his association with David Bookbinder who was political leader of Derbyshire County Council where he clamped down on Freemasonry and was to some degree responsible for the resignation of the Chief Constable. We believe that Mr Oyston was drawn into the police net.
The Attorney General v Geoffrey Scriven: This was an attempt by the Attorney General to silence Mr Scriven by having him committed to prison. Kennedy, LJ, refused to strike out the Attorney General's motion. Later Evans, LJ, stated that Mr Scriven had acted with admirable motives.
The Attorney General v. Lyell (a.k.a. Peter Hayward): This was another Kennedy, LJ, hearing. Lyell claims that there were tipstaffs present in court with the sole intention of intimidation. Lyell was a political victim used to convince Iraq that UK had banned arms exports to Iran during the Iran/Iraq war.
The Attorney General is a political animal. All the above cases had a political connection. We believe that Kennedy, LJ, also heard the football bribery case at Winchester Assizes. The alleged bribe takers were acquitted. We know of no political connection but who knows when bribery is alleged? Money talks.
Will our readers please let us know of any other cases involving Kennedy, LJ, particularly where those involve politicians?
DORSET/DACORUM/POLICE AND COUNCIL MASONS
Charles Beresford, a member of the Dacorum Action Group was handing out leaflets on poling day. In these he criticised Labour candidate Keith White whom he accuses of not being a fit person to hold public office. Nobody is allowed to criticise the Labour Party. The Labour sheep called the police. The police say "It is an ongoing situation and statements are going to be taken in respect of harassment against the Labour candidate". In the meantime serious crime goes undetected.
Mr Beresford's defence is that he was acting in the public interest. Other members of the Dacorum Action Group will testify on his behalf. He will also draw attention to the failure of Hertfordshire police to act on serious complaints made against Dacorum Borough Council including those made by a magistrate.
In Dorset Barry Hunt of Weymouth has written to Chief Constable Stichbury asking her to act on Masonic corruption. The police who could always depend on the courts to back up their perjury have frequently framed Mr Hunt. The police even fabricated a criminal record. He names Peter Harvey, recently retired Chief Executive of Dorset County Council and still inexplicably Secretary to the Police Authority. Both Mr Hunt and Gerald Coulter have named Harvey as a criminal. Mr Hunt also names PC Andrew Culley, WPS Oliphant and S C Palmer. In that case the magistrate was Harry Barnes whom Mr Hunt describes as "Grand Wizard of the Dorset Freemasonic Society". Another judge whom he describes as "bent" is Nigel Milne, QC. The Criminal Cases Review Commission has reopened Mr Hunt's case but the man controlling that is a Royal Arch Degree Mason, Brother Crawford. Mrs Stichbury must look into the allegations of Mr Hunt and Mr Coulter if only to clear the names of the people they accuse. However there is evidence that she has got off to a bad start by allowing Chief Constable Aldous to do her job for a month after he retired and after she was due to take up her post. Also she has installed Peter Harvey in Dorset Police H Q.
Dorset County Councillor David Jewitt resigned following statements that he was chairman of the committee which awarded Drinkwater Sabey a 100 million pounds waste control contract. Jewiit was in the same Masonic Lodge as Albert Marsden a director of a Drinkwater Sabey subsidiary company. The police must now investigate whether Jewitt derived pecuniary benefit from Drinkwater Sabey. Resigning from the council is a small price to pay if it allows more time to enjoy a million-pound windfall. During these shenanigans another Mason from Amity Lodge No.137, Peter Harvey, was masterminding the council affairs.
Last Wednesday Mr Gerald Coulter appeared at short notice in the High Court in the Strand, London. Before his appearance his wife suffered a traumatic experience in that her car was sprayed with what appeared to be blood. In fact it was tomato ketchup. Mr Coulter made it clear that if Mohammed Parvar's counsel repeated his perjury in court he would effect a citizen's arrest and that if the judge interfered he would arrest him too. A subdued counsel admitted that Parvar had committed perjury, which resulted in, inter alia, Parvar obtaining Legal Aid. Pavar's appeal was thrown out. That same day Dorset Police informed Mr Coulter that they were prosecuting the perjurer. Solicitor David Dolton, in his "suicide" letter, had made the admission of Legal Aid fraud. Mr Coulter's solicitors had been pressing Dorset police and the Legal Aid Board to intervene. Both these august bodies ignored the representations of Mr Coulter's solicitors.
Looking at both Mr Hunt's case and Mr Coulter's case it appears that Chief Constable Stichbury is tackling police corruption without going after the policemen, solicitors, counsel and judges responsible for the corruption. Indeed she has allowed Peter Harvey employment at Dorset police HQ. Now she will have to investigate the female Deputy District Judge at Bournemouth District Registry, Rotherham & Co, Coventry solicitors and Peter Harman and Alexander Hope of Coventry
DURHAM LAND REGISTRY AND MAURICE KELLETT
We interrupt Mr Kellett's narrative to give details of a current outrage by Durham District Land Registry. Mr Kellett received the following letter from the Chief Land Registrar (Fax 0191 301 0020) on 13 May 1999 in reply to his request at the beginning of April for copies of statutory declarations related to land which was being claimed by his privileged neighbour, Shirley Carr. The Masons in northeast England - the historical seat of Labour corruption, were targeting Mr Kellett.
Statutory declarations were sworn by Paul Craney, a solicitor from Hetton-le-Spring. The declarations were false. This was admitted by Craney in an affidavit, which he swore later. Mr Kellett did not ask anyone to investigate anything. He would not ask the 33rd degree Lord Chancellor to investigate particularly since there was wrongdoing by members of the judiciary and specifically by Recorder Fryer-Spedding (retired).
We had similar experiences with Leicester District Land Registry. When we complained to the Chief Land registrar in London he passed the buck to his minions. When he was finally persuaded to respond he said that he could find no evidence of corruption. Our view is that the Land Registry was created to establish the ownership of land to enable the Masonic faction (P2 Lodge UK) to acquire as much property as possible by fair means or foul. In this it is aided and abetted by the Director General of Ordnance Survey. Our allegation is incredible but nevertheless we believe we can establish this before an impartial judge if one can be found.
### Dear Mr Kellett
LAND TO THE WEST OF 16 THE LYONS, HETTON LE HOLE
I refer to your two faxes and our telephone conversation.
I have carefully considered your request for copies of statutory declarations from our files. You are not entitled, as of right, to copies of such documentation but, under the provisions of section 112 of the Land Registration Act 1925, I have discretion to allow you to have copies of them.
In this case I have decided not to exercise my discretion to allow your request.
You have asked for copies of the documents in connection with your claim that Mr Recorder Fryer-Spedding acted improperly in reaching his decisions in court actions between, your neighbour, Shirley Carr on the one side and your father and yourself on the other. These allegations are for investigation by the Lord Chancellors Department and not by the Land Registry. If the Lord Chancellors Department considers it necessary to inspect any documents which we hold in order to investigate such allegation then it will approach us direct.
I am sorry for the short delay in writing to you but I thought it appropriate to refresh my memory of the circumstances from our files before reaching a decision.
Yours sincerely, Patrick Timothy District Land Registrar. ###
Note: This is a case for a citizen's arrest of this upstart for misconduct in public office. The woman at Leicester is named Jackie Goodfellow - another upstart carried away by the praise from her bent superiors. These Monica women don't half let their sex down. Ann Abraham, the Legal Services Ombudsman, is another of the same. Janet Relfe of Bucks. County Council is another one. By their selfishness they are denying the majority of women equality in the workplace.
GEOFFREY SCRIVEN - A MAN AMONGST PYGMIES
We have to congratulate and thank Mr Scriven not only for the fight he is putting up against a corrupt legal system but also for the help he has given to other litigants in person. Here is the latest news about a Statutory Demand (SD 20 of 1999) lodged by the Law Society against Mr Scriven. The solicitors acting for the Law Society are Wright Son & Pepper, 9 Gary's Inn Square, London WC1R 5JF (Their ref. SMW/CM/7021/292 - Tel. 0171 242 5475 - Fax 0171 831 7454 - Email wsp@graysinnsquare.demon.co.uk ) The following three letters, all dated 18 May 1999, are from Wright Son & Pepper's S M Wade. The ones to the courts were faxed. The one to Mr Scriven was sent snail mail and arrived out of time on 20 May 1999.
Letter One to District Judges Dawson and Perry at Warrington Combined Court. (Fax 01925 413335)
### Dear Sirs, Geoffrey Harold Scriven - Application to set aside Statutory Demand SD 20 of 1999.
We thank you for sending us a copy of the Order of 7th May. We understand that the above matter was transferred to you by Stockport County Court but it appears that you were not given any reason for this and therefore transferred it back to Stockport.
This matter came before Stockport County Court on 28 April. We understand that District Judge Russell at Stockport transferred the matter to Warrington on the request of Mr Scriven. District Judge Russell stated that in view of the allegations made by Mr Scriven about members of the judiciary and others in the Manchester area, some of whom are known to District Judge Russell, it would be wrong if he made any order on the application because, in his view, it would not show justice as being seen to be done.
Clearly this information has not been passed on and in those circumstances we would ask you to confirm that the matter can now be heard in Warrington. We will be asking Stockport County Court to officially transfer it to you but if there is any query on this letter please do not hesitate to contact our Mr Wade. ###
Letter Two to Stockport County Court (Fax 0161 476 3129)
### Dear Sirs, Geoffrey Harold Scriven - Application to set aside Statutory Demand SD 20 of 1999.
We refer to the Order made on 28 April when this matter was transferred to Warrington. You would no doubt have heard from Warrington County Court that the matter has been transferred back to Stockport because when the matter was forwarded to Warrington, they were not given any reason for the transfer.
We attach a copy of a letter that we have today sent to the Warrington County Court. Since the matter has now been transferred back to your Court we anticipate that it will require a further order of transfer to be made.
Please place this letter before the District Judge so that the appropriate order can be made. ###
Letter Three to Geoffrey Scriven ,( His fax no. is 0161 428 1159)
### Dear Sir, The Law Society
We refer to the hearing on 28 April and no doubt you have now heard that Warrington County Court have in fact transferred this matter back to Stockport. We attach for your attention two letters that we have today sent to the respective Courts at Warrington and Stockport since clearly the Court at Stockport feel unable to deal with the matter and therefore Warrington need to accept it. ###
Comment: Why bother with Courts when this monkey is apparently able to give orders to judges. Why does the monkey write to Mr Scriven anyway? He must be trying to mislead Mr Scriven. The main reason for taking the case away from a Manchester Court was that the local solicitor employed by Wright Son & Pepper was a partner of a firm that had represented Mr Scriven. This would rule out Wright Son & Pepper too.
Fax dated 20 May 1999 from Mr Scriven to District Judges Russell, Perry and Dawson.
### URGENT
THE LAW SOCIETY.
SINCE WHEN DID CORRUPT SOLICITORS ACTING FOR CRIMINAL ORGANISATIONS GIVE ORDERS TO COURTS - A CLEAR BREACH OF SCR 052. R1/8 ###
Comment: It appears that an attempt was being made to have the case heard again in Stockport on 8 June in the absence of Mr Scriven . Mr Scriven lodged an appeal against the unlawful ex parte order ( 2 judges no less!) by which Warrington returned the case to Stockport.
