Our readers may remember the case of Peter Prankerd and his good lady Pat. He had been treated abominably by the UK courts and the police while defending himself against a vindictive claim by Carrick District Council. We ceased reporting his case because we could not cope with the mass of written material he sent to us. Here is the latest from the Internet.

While the Prankerds were being crucified they tragically lost their son Simon in a boating accident in Florida. Peter was also declared a vexatious litigant. This is standard treatment for anyone who fights for justice. For years Nicholas Lyell was the master of the gagging writ and rarely with justification.
The Prankerds are entitled to massive compensation. The judiciary is still frustrating their claim.

The Prankerd experience is being repeated all over the country. When the judiciary is caught out it adjourns cases and attempts are made to render the litigants bankrupt and homeless. The doors to the courts are closed to anyone who tries to move litigation forward. The police sit on their hands when they should be having the wrongdoers prosecuted. Simultaneously the police harass and frame the victims. Most victims appeal to the Prime Minister who is finally responsible for dealing with all known corruption within the legal system. So much for Blair "Making fair that which is unfair". The main defect in the legal system is the office of Lord Chancellor.
P2 LODGE UK
### On March 17, 1981 Italian police discovered a list of members of a Masonic Lodge named Propaganda Masonica, also known as P2. What astonished the investigators was that the names on the lists amounted to a state within a state. They included forty-three MPs (among them three cabinet ministers), forty-three generals and eight admirals (including the heads of all the armed forces), security service bosses, hundreds of public servants and diplomats, the police chiefs of Italy's four biggest cities, industrialists and financiers, television stars and twenty-four journalists, including the editor and publisher of Corriere della Sera. ### FROM Jim Davies, Canada and John The Reformer.

At last you have come out of the woodpile and identified yourself. Judging by the vindictiveness exhibited by the superfluous last sentence in your letter and the fact that you are going against Labour policy it would seem that you are a Mason and a not very bright Mason.
While not wishing to strain your intellect we must ask you to provide a better indication that you are Director also of the other office before we are prepared to comply with your wishes. Further you must state whether or not you are a Mason before we arrange to have either fax number removed from our mailing list. Finally we would advise you that we receive many unwanted faxes and much junk mail. Some we read. Some we bin. You have the same remedy while we resolve the question of your authority and motivation.

Note:- The Labour Party publishes its fax numbers in order to feel the pulse of the electorate. This moron Kennedy firstly sent anonymous faxes late at night. British Telecom then asked us to cease faxing the numbers - a sure sign of Masonic involvement. The Labour Party has broad shoulders and a thick skin. It couldn't care less about adverse criticism which is fed into it policy group and counteracted. Masons go berserk when anyone even mentions Freemasonry without doffing his cap. Until we can stop Labour MPs and spin doctors monopolising the news media it is the height of impertinence for them to try to stop our publications. We are more truthful than they are.
MORE ON MAURICE KELLETT
Maurice was the man who antagonised corrupt Masons in the north east of England - the land of Labour sleaze. Last week he was bankrupted following corruption in the courts. He was immediately disqualified as a local councillor. On 5 April his father died. Maurice himself is seriously ill. We go into some petty detail in this report to illustrate how Freemasonry works. The crooks made use of Mr Kellett's neighbour named Carr to do their dirty work. Carr is a government employee. Successive male cohabitants (McCabe , Pringle) supported her in her harassment of the Kellett family. Mr Kellett had no police protection. At the material time the Chief Constable of Northumbria Police was the present Deputy Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police (Stevens).
### On Friday June 14 1996 the Public Health Department notified us that Carr had made a complaint about our dogs barking. She had an injunction that was granted improperly by District Judge Cuthbertson at the Durham County Court on 17 October 1995. There was no foundation for Carr's complaints in respect of our dogs. Like all dogs they did bark from time to time. We had all tended Carr's four dogs when it was clear they were being badly treated by her. Their barking, and her fifty or so cockerels caused us problems but we never reported those matters.
On the following Saturday morning I sat in our garden with my two dogs beside me. I was very depressed because, as result of vindictive litigation, I had to cancel an operation to have bone fragments removed. The weather was hot and I was on a short fuse. Several times I heard a scratching noise coming from Carr's fence. I looked over the fence and caught Carr in a kneeling position scratching the fence and recording the dogs barking. I blew my top and shouted at her. She recorded my abuse. Police paid Carr a visit later that day.
On Wednesday 26 June 1996 Carr and another man were again focussing cameras, with telephoto lens, on our property. On Saturday 29 June I drove to my parents' home where my brother picked me up in his car. When we returned my elderly parents were in a state of shock because a man had made several visits to them demanding to know my whereabouts so that he could serve a summons on me. Carr was a passenger in the man's car. The man was finally persuaded to leave when my parents said that they were calling the police. When I returned home a man called on me. He built a platform of stones, which he had taken from our garden. By standing on the stones he was able to look through the glass panel on the door. He shouted that it would be worse for me if I did not open the door. I did not open the door in the face of his threats. On Monday July 1 1996 I was served with a summons to appear in the Newcastle Court on Friday July 5 charged with a breach of the injunction Carr had obtained by fraud before a bent judge. I had to show cause why I should not be committed to prison for breach of Carr's injunction. This was yet another case of Masonic legal terrorism, which Vomit has described, in numerous similar cases. M. Kellett. ###
A PHONEY SOLICITOR BITES THE DUST
George Davies & Co., Solicitors, Manchester, faxed the following message to Geoffrey Scriven on 6 April.
### You have sent us a copy of a fax letter dated 1st April which you have marked for the attention of Mrs. Janet Stockton. Mrs. Stockton no longer works for this practice and as far as we are aware is completely retired from the law. We believe you will be able to contact her care of Messrs. James Chapman & Co. who we understand may represent her in this matter. ### Mr Scriven faxed his reply as follows on 6 April.
### What a joke! She never joined the law - an impersonator with the full approval of the law - you. ###
What Mr Scriven is saying is that George Davies & Co. employed Stockton as a solicitor and charged for her services as a solicitor when she was not a solicitor. Stockton (formerly known as Mrs Hardman) had worked with a qualified solicitor, Beth Dalia Wilkins, and Counsel Sonia Gal to pervert the course of justice and persecute Mr Scriven. The police have full details of the crimes committed by solicitors, counsel and judges as has the Attorney General and the Treasury Solicitor. Mr Scriven claims that Wilkins' relative, Mr Justice Buckley, has protected Wilkins and Stockton.
George Davies & Co. have the nerve to state that their fax is confidential and covered by legal professional privilege. We consider that a legal firm, which employs unqualified people as solicitors, has no professional privilege and that the fax should be published in the public interest. Normally a legal firm, having been guilty of professional misconduct, would have kept quiet. Mr Scriven opines that Greater Manchester Police have visited both Chapman & Co. and George Davies & Co.. To give weight to that argument he states that the senior partner of James Chapman and Co. ceased to be senior partner last week. We believe that the police intend to prosecute a variety of people connected with the courts in the Manchester area. The main obstacle to prosecutions will be the Crown Prosecution Service, which has a habit of looking after its own.
Note that Mr Scriven has repeatedly published and included in affidavits the allegation that the "Jewish Mafia" is responsible for the corruption in Manchester. He now agrees that Freemasonry is probably the source of the corruption and has written to Manchester Chief Constable David Wilmot asking him "Is the Masonic element too hot for you?"
DACORUM AND DORSET MASONS
See previous issues. Gerald Coulter is the link between the Dacorum Borough Council and the Dorset Constabulary. Mr Coulter's motor vehicle, valued at £50,00 was stolen. It turned up in a bent car dealer's yard in Poole. Not only did the police not impound the vehicle they also paved the way for the bent dealer to dispose of it by having it removed from the stolen list at the Vehicle Licence Centre. Mr Coulter sued the police. He had the services of a solicitor and counsel but was unbelievably declared a vexatious litigant. Freemasonry! Again using solicitors and Counsel Mr Coulter sued the bent car dealer who, along with his solicitor, David Dolton, committed perjury. Mr Coulter was going to effect a citizen's arrest of Dolton. The police charged the bent dealer with perjury. Dolton allegedly committed suicide. Dolton had joined Alan Belshire & Co. of Bournemouth about two years ago after being one of two partners in Cyril Clark & Son also of Bournemouth. Belshire specialises in police cases. If David Dolton had to commit perjury to protect the Chief Constable and his Deputy they are responsible for his death. Both officers retired prematurely on 31 March.
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
We have a report that this Labour controlled council backed by Conservative members is depriving the following organisation of funds. 1. The Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Charity. 2. The Lighthouse Rescue Centre for homeless people. 3. Law, Leisure and Learning. Hopes are being pinned on the Liberal Party to get rid of Labour. We are not sure that this will make much difference to the three organisations. In most local authorities there is a hard core of councillors and officers who are only interested in the return from big money contracts. Voluntary organisations are not likely to repay the generosity of the council by making donations to their benefactors. These three organisations are fulfilling a public need and are saving the council money. The Law, Leisure and Learning Centre appears to be particularly unpopular with the council. We believe that Nick Cohen of the Sunday Observer is one of the best reporters in the UK. There follow quotations from his article published on 4 April 1999 on page 31.

In September 1995, I interviewed Jack Straw when Michael Howard was preparing to play the race card at the next election. Straw, rather bravely in my view, promised to fight him. He said that, like Howard, he was a descendant of Jewish refugees, and proclaimed 'It is obscene that Mr Howard, whose family directly benefited from liberal refugee laws, should allow asylum and immigration to be used in political stunts.'
Five years on and Straw has performed more stunts and set more catches than Howard ever imagined. ###
Comment:- On the view that Gentiles do not normally change their names to conceal their religions we would guess that Nick Cohen is Jewish. Our World War Two veterans are being persecuted in the courts by Jewish judges. Now we have two successive Jewish Home Secretaries who have made or are making it almost impossible for refugees to be treated as human beings. Can anyone wonder that there is a rise in anti-Semitism worldwide?
