Victims Of Masonic Ill-Treatment 3 April 1999

Anyone criticised or maligned in these publications has a guaranteed right of reply. JMF or P2 Lodge UK stands for the hierarchies of the Judaeo/Masonic Faction. The ordinary Mason and Jew are as likely to suffer from the machinations of  the JMF as non-Masons and non-Jews are.

CRACKING DOWN ON COUNCIL CORRUPTION

Blair has come up with another idea for cleaning up corruption in local government. The new Local Government Bill now being drafted will include setting up a powerful anti-sleaze watchdog with power to fine councillors. There will also be a new criminal offence of "misuse of public office". This is just window dressing to provide more soft jobs for Tony's and Derry's cronies. We already have the criminal offence of "misconduct in public office" for malfeasance, misfeasance and nonfeasance (R v. Dytham) yet both the police and the courts have tried to bury this. If Fair's Fair Windbag Blair attempting to remove a weapon that can bring all wrongdoers in public office, including MPs and Judges, to book? If Blair and Irvine would start tackling problems in the courts instead of coming up with hare-brained schemes there would be a reduction of judicial and police corruption followed by a reduction in corruption generally in the UK. Hilary Armstrong, the Local Government Minister naively believes that if councillors from minority parties were represented on council committees there would be less corruption. We have found exactly the opposite result. Take the example of Dacorum Borough Council (previous issues). Even Westminster Council had no true Labour opposition. The leader of the Labour group, solicitor Andrew Dismore, sat down in secret with the Tory leader, David Weeks, and drafted an agreement intended to bury the three cemeteries scandal. The agreement was subsequently declared illegal.

THE BLUNDERING CARDINAL

The Lord Chancellor was found guilty of indirectly discriminating against Joan Coker when he was clearly guilty of direct discrimination in appointing one of his cronies, Garry Hart, as his special adviser. Solicitor Coker said "Irvine broke the law and must resign". We have given much more cogent reasons not only for his resignation but also for the dissolution of the office of Lord Chancellor. The Cardinal will brook no criticism however minor and is set to appeal the tribunal's decision. Two former chairmen of the industrial appeals tribunals are now Lord Justices Popplewell and Mummery appointed by the Lord Chancellor of the day. Need we say more? 'Nemo iudex in causa sua!' Will the Cardinal secretly brief the tribunal chairman as he does with Court of Appeal judges?

THE CARDINAL AND CHILTERN DISTRICT COUNCIL

We have repeatedly published reports about the corrupt practices of Chiltern District Council. The Cardinal has just appointed Chiltern District Council as an Associate Pioneer in the Community Legal Service. Birds of a feather flock together. Irvine is so petty minded that this could be an act of spite.

                                          PRESS RELEASE ON 26 MARCH

CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE LOSES ITS NERVE?

When Alexander Baron appeared at Tower Bridge Magistrates' Court this morning for committal on a charge of "inciting a person or persons unknown to commit grievous bodily harm with intent", the Crown Prosecution Service solicitor said he was dropping the charge for the present. Defending Counsel John Orme said that any attempt to reinstate the charge or a similar charge at a later date would be a wanton abuse of process. Mr Orme suggested that the CPS had dropped the charge following pressure from a judge who would be called to give evidence in any trial involving Mr Baron.

Mr Baron takes the view that the charge was dropped because the police officer responsible for his arrest is currently under investigation for perjury, perverting the course of justice and acting with a prosecution barrister in forging a witness statement.

Exactly six years earlier Mr Baron had been arrested by a corrupt police officer seeking to protect David Irving (Alleged by Mr Baron to be a Zionist agent). On that occasion Mr Baron's computer was seized and files on Irving were removed; a serious loss to Mr Baron who is an independent research journalist. Confidential information was passed to a Zionist faction. Mr Baron was not charged with an offence. When Southwark CID arrested Mr Baron on 24 September last year they too seized his computer and to date have not returned it. Mr Baron has just published a further report on David Irving. This is available from InfoText Manuscripts,93c Venner Road, London SE26, at 1.99 post free. Barring further police/CPS persecution and hammer attacks on his person Mr Baron will publish more information about his treatment by Scotland Yard's political finest. You don't have to be black to be persecuted by the police but it helps. Mr Baron is not from an ethnic minority.

THE OLD MAN OF THE SEA WHO TRIED WOOLF

Last week we reported how Norman Scarth had looked Master of the Rolls, Lord Woolf, straight in the eye and said "I despise you". Our report was wrong. Apologies!

Mr Scarth was seeking leave for a Judicial Review of a judgement by Leeds Combined Court Centre. The Court of Appeal judges were Master of the Rolls Woolf, and Lord Justices Otton and Ward. Woolf, out of consideration for 74 year old Mr Scarth, stopped another case and put Mr Scarth at the top of the queue saying that the hearing would last a few minutes. The story must wait. The Master of the Rolls was caught out. The hearing was adjourned and then continued in the afternoon until the court closed. Woolf and Otton were harangued by Mr Scarth who finished his argument by saying "I despise judges". Woolf allowed Mr Scarth 14 days to add further argument in writing before making his judgement.

We don't propose to detail the arguments because there was no time to do them justice. You must ask yourself why the most senior judge should be taking a case where the litigant in person was a 74 year old man. The procedure adopted raises question too. A McKenzie Friend was refused permission to speak when the obvious course was for the court to exercise its discretion and allow that. We understand that most of the hearing was recorded and that the transcript will be made available by Mr Scarth at a later date.

THE ROSEMARY NELSON AND PAT FINUCANE MURDERS

We have another correction to last week's report. Chief Constable Sir David Phillips of Kent will be investigating the Nelson murder. Deputy Commissioner John Stevens of the Metropolitan Police will be investigating the Finucane murder, which occurred ten years earlier. Stevens was Chief Constable for Northumbria when Maurice Kellett was the victim of police Masons. We know nothing about Phillips other than that he is a Chief Constable. Neither of these two men would ever point the finger at our intelligence services lest they suffered the same fate as John Stalker who was investigating the shoot-to-kill policy in Northern Ireland.

The enquiry into the Bloody Sunday murders at Derry should have been completed ages ago. There was a TV programme which produced all the evidence required. The army sniper in the warehouse on the walls of Derry who deliberately shot and killed two youths must be brought to trial along with the person or persons who gave the order.

SOMETHING FISHY IN HUMBERSIDE

We are looking for more information about the Masons in Hull, Immingham, Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Our information is that Masons control the forces of law and order. Is there any location in the United Kingdom where this is not par for the course? Will our Humberside friends make a few copies of VOMIT and pass them around, please?

BANKRUPTCIES GALORE

One of the main tools used by the legal profession to conceal corruption is a Statutory Demand for payment of costs generated by the prolonged litigation which invariably results from the fight that decent people put up to defend their rights. The whole insolvency system is a minefield under the aegis of the Department of Trade and Industry. The Official Receiver has awesome powers. Liquidators fiddle the books to the benefit of themselves and their friends.

Last week we reported on how Vice Chancellor Scott was treated, in the Royal Courts of Justice, to advice from the public gallery -"Yes. Deal with the fraud". Geoffrey Scriven was the McKenzie Friend for Gerald and Eva Adshead in that case. As Lord Denning said "Fraud unravels everything". Perhaps Scott, having been educated in South Africa, has different standards. Royston Leicester and his wife were present in court. Mrs Leicester, a Holocaust survivor, would also have had something to say. The Leicesters were ruined by the Lloyds swindlers thanks primarily to the fact that a leading Mason who is now a Law Lord and who was a Name in the swindling syndicate adjudicated in cases in which he was effectively a defendant. 'Nemo iudex in causa sua'. What action did the Lord Chancellor take against the wayward judge? He promoted him!

This week Geoffrey Scriven has instituted proceedings to set aside a Statutory Demand of the Law Society. The corruption in the Scriven case is subject to a large-scale police enquiry. Mr Scriven's affidavit accuses the Law Society of being a criminal organisation, which turns a blind eye to wrongdoing. Part of the claim against Mr Scriven is for the services of a lady who misrepresented herself as a solicitor. The Law Society let her be and the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors could not act because she was not a solicitor.

Mr Maurice Kellett, the victim of the police and Masons in Northumbria, could not send a report this week because he is being harassed and threatened by the Official Receiver. It is only a question of time before someone resorts to violence in defence of his or her rights. Remember Albert Dryden who shot the Chief Planning Officer? Are we entitled to use force when we catch someone stealing our property?

Patrick Cullinane, an Irish national, was due to be forcibly evicted from his home this week following fraud committed against him. This has caused outrage as far afield as America. The Irish Ambassador did nothing to assist Mr Cullinane. What hope do the Irish Nationalists have in Ulster?

Dorset Constabulary presented Gerald Coulter with a demand for a large sum even after their malfeasance was exposed by the death of the solicitor David Dolton.

There are many cases of this sort and doubtless thousands, which we have never heard of. The high street banks play an active part in these frauds. That is how P2 Lodge UK oils the wheels of power.

DORSET'S NEW LADY CHIEF CONSTABLE

Mrs Jane Stichbury, formerly of the Metropolitan Police, was appointed Chief Constable of Dorset Constabulary and took up her new position on April Fools Day. We do not envy her her task but wish her well. We have misgivings because she is a former Met officer and because she was selected by a committee from which an elderly Masonic widow was removed. She had objected to former Deputy Chief Constable May using Masonic signs during his interview. May has retired prematurely as has his chief Aldous.

We should be able to assess the new Chief Constable's performance by how soon and how effectively she deals with the cases of Barry Hunt and Gerald Coulter and whether her predecessor and his deputy are charged with misconduct in public office. Early retirement from the police force does not mitigate criminal offences.

Mrs. Stichbury is the second lady Chief Constable to be appointed. Can we now expect a Zulu Chief to be appointed Metropolitan Commissioner? That would catch the votes of the ethnic minorities and could lead to the prosecution of the Apartheid judges operating in the British Courts. But, like Nelson Mandela who joined the Masons in 1994, he might compromise his principles. What about a disabled Chief Constable? We already have some deaf and dumb ones. Some of them must be homosexual too if we are to judge by the way they have buggered about when investigating corruption in the Manchester courts.

Get cracking Mrs Stichbury. Set an example to the rest of the country. You are surrounded by Masons with smooth voices. They will take you by the hand while they plunge a knife into your back. You will have experiences, which will make you question your own sanity. If the worst comes to the worst you could have an accident. You may find yourself using a mirror to see if there is a bomb planted under your car. Look out for surveillance cameras and remember how they caught the anti-Mason Chief Constable Ian Oliver. You may be affiliated to the United Grand Lodge but that doesn't guarantee your safety. Some Masons are more equal than others.

SACK THIS FEMALE ANN ABRAHAM

This female is a disgrace to her sex and to the office of Legal Services Ombudsman. Acting with two bent solicitors from the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors she tried to accelerate a hearing by falsely claiming that we had returned a letter to her and made an application to complain against the two solicitors. She still refuses to give any explanation. We submit that our cases against Westminster City Council solicitor C T Wilson and the two OSS solicitors have been established. So far the Law Society has not commented. Just how low can the legal profession sink? It looks as if Geoffrey Scriven has hit the nail on the head by calling the Law Society a criminal organisation.

KOSOVO

We understand that a Jewish contingent has volunteered to fight in Kosovo on account of memories of the Holocaust. Let us hope that they wait until the USA and Russia use up their stockpile of weapons. The armaments manufacturers in both countries are rubbing their hands with glee and Russia has had a bonus from the IMF. Why doesn't Nato give Milosevic a dose of his own medicine? Give him half an hour to get civilians out of a built up area and then flatten it. One wonders if Nato, having blundered in the first instance, is seeking to prolong the war. Could this have any connection with Clinton's domestic problems over his wheeler dealing with China?

LETTER COPIED FROM THE OBSERVER

SOMETHING ROTTEN IN THE STATE OF BRITAIN

In Newark, the leader of the local Labour council, Jill Dawn, questions the conduct of the Blairite MP, Fiona Jones. Blair's response is to suspend Jill Dawn and fund the defence of Fiona Jones against charges of electoral fraud. Jones has now been found guilty by the courts.

In Leeds , a senior officer of Leeds NE Labour Party, Mike Davies, alleges breach of the Companies Act by the Blairite MP, Fabian Hamilton, Blair's response is to expel Mike Davies and support Hamilton - now found guilty by the courts and fined.

In Europe, Commissioners are accused of permitting fraud. Blair issues a three-line whip to Labour MEPs to vote against their removal by the Parliament. An enquiry finds the Commissioners culpable and they have to resign.

This is not the pattern of clean government. Mike Davies, Leeds. ###

Comment:- Will decent members of the Labour Party listen? Blair is poison and you are being conned. Big business is a better source of bribes than unemployed miners. For goodness sake waken up or you will be catching the crumbs from the rich man's table for the next 100 years. You have been betrayed.
