GOVERNMENT WITHOUT SUBSTANCE
Under the above heading the editor of Truck Magazine, February 1999 issue wrote as follows.
The Prime Minister, Tony Blair, urges us to forget the personal lives of ministers and debate the performance of the government. The trouble is, as soon as you try to, the government runs for cover.
The truck industry may have lost £200 million of orders due to the confusion generated on vehicle excise duty. Diesel tax hikes are putting firms out of business every week and making us uncompetitive with Europe. But Treasury ministers refuse point blank to meet a delegation of hauliers to discuss the issue.
Ministers will not discuss illegal immigrants with hauliers' recognised trade bodies.
Even the ultra-moderate FTA has had enough, with the director general saying he is disturbed and confused by the Home Office's lack of consultation.
You could go on and on. Blair's administration offers nothing but 'obstacles, barriers and shackles' to the UK haulage-sector, as Roger Phillips of Iveco Ford so pithily put it recently.
And sleaze.
Comment:- The last two words "And sleaze" explain the rest of the article. Note that this was written before Budget Day when the tax on Diesel fuel was increased by 6p per litre. This effectively sounded the death knell of UK haulage and neutralised the other bribes offered in the budget.
A DEFENCE OF THE LEGAL SERVICES OMBUDSMAN
VOMIT published "We must get rid of the Legal Services Ombudsman".
Graham Wilson who is believed to be a solicitor from Coventry, Warwickshire replied as follows.
I'm surprised you say that. Surely, the Ombudsman is better than nothing?
If you look in the Law Society Gazette you will see a section that appears once a month which consists of Ombudsman case reports.
Almost every month there are instances where someone has been unhappy with the OSS and the Ombudsman has ordered the Solicitors to pay compensation. I think it was not that long ago that a case appeared where the Ombudsman ordered the OSS to pay compensation to an individual for the length of time it took them to investigate a case. Graham.
COMMENT - Big deal! Ombudsmen always find the odd complaint justified. What matters is the percentage of successful complainants, the amounts of money involved and who pays the piper. If the Office for the Supervision of Solicitors were doing its job there would be no need for an Ombudsman anyway. Ditto Ombudsman.

Neo-Nazi poll shock. AN AUSTRIAN politician accused of neo-Nazi sympathies has shocked the establishment by winning 42 per cent of the vote in Carinthia. Joerg Haider's Freedom Party could be thwarted, however, in its search for a coalition partner needed to control the province and put him back in as governor. He was forced to step down as governor in 1991 after praising Hitler's employment policy.
Comment:- We are not shocked by the figures but are shocked by the world-wide trend towards anti-Semitism. The front page of the Observer (UK 7 March) reads "Soldiers arrested in MI5 raids on Nazis." The soldiers were members of Combat 18 named after Adolf Hitler. A=1 H=8. We have to accept that in spite of the extreme measures taken to still the anti-Semitic voice it gets louder. Some blame must be attached to Israel which is outdoing the Nazis and which is kept afloat by American Jews. Our prejudice stems almost solely from the disproportionate number of Jews in our legal profession. The daily miscarriages of justice in our courts have built up a tangible hatred against Jews amongst a large number of our citizens. The late Lord Chief Justice Taylor, a Jew, tried to persuade Jews to alter their ways. We believe that anti-Semitism can be tackled by the Jewish authorities that have the choice of forcibly repressing anti-Semitism or by educating Jews and Gentiles. Outlawing Freemasonry would go some way towards tackling the problem.
DEMON DACORUM DORSET MASONIC MURDER
Around 1960 the name of the Prime Minister of Poland was pronounced "Sheerankivits". He had a brother George who was a general practitioner in Harthill, Lanarkshire. One evening, four men in a car called at a garage/filling station on what was then the main Glasgow/Edinburgh road through Harthill. The four men were directed to the home of "Doctor George". That night Doctor George committed suicide. His body was taken to Bangour General Hospital. The nurse who cleaned up the body said that there were "about 50 stab wounds". The authorities still decided that it was suicide. The Polish Premier visited Scotland presumably for the funeral. He was seen standing on his own awaiting his 'plane at Turnhouse airport, near Edinburgh.
Need we remind you of the two findings by the coroner in the Roberto Calvi case? Both were wrong.
The indications in the following alleged suicide are that David Dolton did not commit suicide. Pathologists, coroners and forensic scientists meet the requirements of P2 Lodge UK. As the late Lord Denning would have said, "Masons not only kill. They also kill Masons".
Mistake fears led to suicide

A HARD-working solicitor hanged himself believing he had made a disastrous mistake over an important case, an inquest heard.
Conscientious David Dolton, 48 tormented himself that his error of judgement could lead to the end of his career, financial ruin and even a jail sentence.
The tragic father-of-two, who had been a partner with Winton solicitors, Alan Belshire and Co, since July 1997, could not live with the thought he had failed his family and colleagues.
Cutting flex from a Hoover, he slung the cord over the banisters of his home in Lower Row, Holt, and hanged himself.
Yesterday the Bournemouth inquest heard how Mr Dolton became withdrawn 10 days before his death on February 28, because of worries over a difficult case involving an "excitable Iranian".
Practice partner, Stephen Miller, said he tried to talk to Mr Dolton about his concerns: "There was one particular file that was causing him upset".
"The impression that I got was that he had got himself into something, or that something had happened, over which he had no further control."
Mr Miller said that an application was being heard in the High Court in London on Friday, in relationship to the matter, but Mr Dolton had been off work sick and never heard the outcome.
He stressed that Mr Dolton may have made "one or two errors". It was unlikely that there would have been a case for negligence.
Mr Dolton's daughter Maria described how her father's personality changed as his troubles deepened.
She explained: "It was like he just didn't have a soul - his personality had been ripped out. He told me he had created a problem for himself and he should take his life or be punished because he had let us all down; his sister, my mum's parents, his partners at work. He couldn't forgive himself for what he had done. He thought he was going to go to prison."
Miss Dolton, of London, returned to the home of her father, mother Marion and younger sister Natalie to find a two-and-a-half page hand-written note on the kitchen table.
A post-mortem examination revealed Mr Dolton died as a result of hanging, triggered by depression.
Returning a verdict of suicide, district Coroner, Mr Neville-Jones said: "This is an extremely sad case."
The "suicide" resulted from the exposure of by Gerald Coulter that David Dolton was a perjurer. Mr Coulter had been exposing the Masons in the Dorset police and county council as well as the Masons in Dacorum Borough Council. We had published the reports of Masonic corruption on our Internet Web page since August 1998. The suicide gave authenticity not only to our Dacorum and Dorset reports but also to reports dealing generally with corruption in high places. Demon immediately cut off the Dacorum Action Group and us from the Web. When another Demon subscriber published our documentation on another Web site it too was cut. The police arrested another victim, Maurice Kellett, who had a Web site available for our material. Mr Kellett's report follows.
MAURICE KELLETT ARRESTED ON 9.03.99
Thanks for the e-mail. The policewoman (accompanied by a policeman) who arrested me mentioned the copy of the your fax. It had your address and phone number on it. Geoffrey Scriven phoned me last night and said that I have good grounds for false arrest and police harassment. I was detained for nearly two hours. I asked for a duty solicitor to attend but none came. I asked several times for a doctor to attend during all of that time but none came. When Sergeant Robinson saw that I was ill he then telephoned a doctor direct who advised that I should be taken to hospital.
Although I was arrested, the details of why the arrest was being made were not read out to me. When I was cautioned after my arrest while at home, I made statements, which were not written down by the police. I was told that I had breached a restraining order relevant to Carr but that was all. None of the police had a notebook in their hands or documentation. It was clear hat they had not intended to write anything down. I made a number of statements to the police while I was being taken to Washington police station. I too believe the idea of it was to scare me off.
I was seriously ill. My right arm is bruised where attempts were made to take blood from me at the Sunderland Royal Hospital Casualty Department. One of the plastic tubes that they put into a vein bent and gave me great pain. When the police left me at the hospital I was told that they were to report me to the CPS. I still don't know why I was arrested. There was no court order. When I was in the detention block at Washington I repeatedly asked the policewoman why she kept staring at Sergeant Robinson (Duty Sergeant at the block) and grinning but not saying anything. It was a bit like they knew what was so funny but I did not. Their attitude did change when I let them see a copy of what I published on Monday on my Web page and had sent copies to the ruling mob. I suspect that the statement about the "overnight kit" was meant to tell me that they intended to keep me there for at least one full day. My concern then was about the care of my dogs.

Note:- As previously explained Maurice fell foul of Freemasonry. During most of his persecution the Chief Constable of Northumbria police was John Stevens who is now Deputy to Sir Paul Condon and who was brought to London by JackStraw to take over from Sir Paul. POLICE HARASSMENT TO PROCURE A DEATH
The above is the heading of an open letter dated 11 March to the Chief Constable of Northumbria concerning the treatment of Maurice Kellett who is crippled and suffers from life threatening illnesses. The writer was Eric Giles 0f 22 Stebbing Road, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S40 2HP. Ph/Fax 01246 555713. Mr Giles accompanied his letter with an 8-page document on the misuse of State Power whereby the police are used corruptly to influence civil and criminal cases. He sent copies to the Home Secretary, Chris Mullin, MP, of the Home Affairs Committee, the Internet, the Northumberland Coroner and the Police Complaints Authority. We now see that the ratbag Masons can censor the Internet. Most of our authorities have their sucking straws in the same spittoon. Oh Chris Mullin! How the mighty have fallen! Ireland hath need of thee as do thousands of other victims of Freemasonry. Hand back the Judas silver. The final responsibility rests with your great leader, Motormouth Blair, who promised to make fair that which was unfair.

Dear Sir, Re: Organised Crime - Legal, Judicial Mafia.
I am forwarding the enclosed documentation at the suggestion of DC Sinclair (CID), based at Chiswick, London. He is in charge of the Hudson Affair. The reason for this is that, "the organised crime - legal judicial Mafia", is operating nationally and the evidence indisputable in internal court documents laid before Magistrates and Crown Court.
"Straight Judges", are terrified of tackling this because their livelihood is at risk. Their Boss, the Lord Chancellor, is the ultimate "Godfather".
The affidavit dated 26-2-99, is the absolute proof, accepted by the Court, of the modus opoerandi of this Mafia's organised crime as set out in Para 3 of the affidavit dated 17-12-98.
The court ruled in my favour in both jurisdictions Criminal (Crown), and Civil (County); I do not believe that anyone could offer clearer proven evidence.
