Before any of our Jewish friends start screaming "Holocaust" again let them be assured that we had never read a Hitler article before last week. Independently we arrived at much the same conclusion. Hitler was referring to what is now named the Bilderberg Council. We can see no justification for gassing millions of Jews and Masons simply because they were the gullible slaves of a hierarchy. What are Rathenaus?
THREE LADIES?
Gareth Pierce, the solicitor who has done more than anyone to demonstrate the corruption of our legal system, has been awarded and has accepted a CBE. She successfully represented the Guildford Four, the Birmingahm Six, Judith Ward (the M62 coach bomb), Roisin McAliskey (extradition to Germany) and Danny McNamee (Hyde Park bomb). Gareth is in good company. Imbert becomes Lord Imbert. Was he not the police officer in charge of the Balcombe Street siege from which he learned that the Guildford Four were innocent? Did he keep quiet about this and let men rot for years in prison? Higham has been made a CVO. He was Grand Secretary of the United Grand Lodge, an organisation that we believe to be responsible for most of the miscarriages of justice. Higham was Freemasonry's spin-doctor for over 20 years before he retired recently. See Punch issue due out on 16 January 1999. The Craft has links with the Orange Lodges in Ulster. Bud Flanagan, Chief Constable of Ulster, is knighted. No Nationalist he! We can but hope that Gareth will hand back her medal. She is simply a propaganda tool used by government to show that it is concerned about justice when, in fact, with the Cardinal at the helm, miscarriages of justice are bound to increase. Two Sinn Fein MPs are still not allowed to use House of Commons facilities because they refuse to swear allegiance to the Queen.
Betty Boothroyd, Labour MP and Speaker of the House of Commons, barred the Sinn Fein MPs from the Commons. We still await an explanation for visits to Cyprus by Boothroyd, John Prescott, Alan Meale and Andrew Dismore. What are their connections with London based Greek property tycoons?
Elizabeth Filkins, was formerly Inland Revenue Adjudicator and is now Parliamentary Commissioner. At the Revenue she refused to award compensation to a victim of Revenue malpractice on the grounds that the payment would have to come out of the public purse. She also accepted a directorship with a consultancy company that had corporate clients and could have used Filkins to obtain new corporate clients with the promise that it could sort out tax problems. She was also in a position to look after Geoffrey Robinson's interests and to decide whether John Prescott had a tax liability for his free Jaguar. Was she promoted to make way for an adjudicator who would do Blair's bidding? We would like to know how this woman was appointed Commissioner and why. Did she turn a blind eye when the beggars on horseback received windfall payments? Did the donors have tax relief and the recipients tax immunity? Will she pay any attention to information she has just received about the involvement of Sir Nicholas Lyell, MP, in syndicates at Lloyds when he was Attorney General?
LLOYD'S INSURANCE SWINDLES
The following excerpts are taken from reports by victims of Lloyd's insurance swindles. The swindlers were protected by the government of the day. The present Lord Chancellor ignores complaints from victims.

This is the sort of material we receive on a daily basis. The general public is not interested in miscarriages of justice. The general public is concerned about Masonic corruption. The victims will not accept that Freemasonry is universal and is the basis of corruption of the legal process. We have tried to form a One Nation Anti Mason Party but still have only five members. Litigants in Person (LIPS) keep tilting at windmills while they await manna from heaven. Manna was for the Israelites.
LETTER TO THE GUARDIAN
<<If the Lord Chancellor wants to "help the public" (Pruning lawyers, January 1), then limiting the public's choice of lawyers by giving Legal Aid to even fewer contracted firms does little more than concentrate Lord Irvine's already unjustifiable powers of patronage.
Legal Aid is a costly way of subsidising lawyers without regard to quality of work. The public pays in one way or in another, but is often disappointed and even betrayed. An unfair outcome to a dispute can be as life disrupting as any illness.
If this highly political head of judiciary is as radical and unafraid as he appears to think he is, why does he not apply the principles of the National Health Service to the legal system?

Comment:- The Cardinal knows nothing about principles. He is a bread head. We do not necessary subscribe to the views of the CFAFH or LIPS. Nor do we have their approval generally for what we are doing.
BLOOD ON BLAIR'S HANDS
In the Daily Mail of 2 January Simon Heffer says "The government needs to think about the safety of our tourists before running to America's aid again in beating up Islamic regimes whenever it suits President Clinton. By fighting in conflicts that shouldn't concern us, and identifying ourselves so closely with America's Islamophobia, we are making Britons sitting targets."

Dead could have been prevented in the first place if these tourists and all other British and American tourists just were not travelling in any Muslim or Mid East country - or for that matter now travelling anywhere in the world without extreme caution. They had a choice and in view of warnings of Muslim anger against the U.S. and Britain for illegally and callously bombing innocents in Iraq - and the U.S. unjustified and illegal bombings in Afghanistan and Sudan, they along with any others, would have been smart to take a vacation in Bournemouth by the sea instead."
The world problem arises from Israeli intransigence backed by the American Jewish lobby. The UK problem is that we have an immature Prime Minister who is still playing cowboys and Indians. He and his pewf cabinet (minus two pewfs) are the cowboys who have lost their way.
HOW MANY MASONS IN THE UK?
According the Durham Masonic Year Book for 1990 there were just over 25,000 (not 50,000!) Masons in the Durham area. Note that Punch will be publishing more information on the evil ones on 16 January.
THE WINDBAG TAKES THE PISS AGAIN
The Nolan Committee on Standards in Public life recommended that steps should be taken to curb local authority corruption. The Blair solution was to form yet another quango called the Commission for Local Authorities (CLA) chaired by Hillary Armstrong, MP. WE HAVE REPEATEDLY REPORTED THE CORRUPTION IN DACORUM BOROUGH COUNCIL. Labour, Jew, Mason and a Trade Union dominate the council. Three Dacorum victims, David Fisher, Charles Berrisford and Roy Finch reported at length to Armstrong. They condemned Ombudsmen White and Osmotherley who are nothing if not charlatans. There has been no response from Armstrong. When the Windbag or John Prescott talk of commissions you can be sure that corruption will go unchecked and that some silly ambitious MP will take the heat.
STOP PRESS - Dacorum Councillors Bill Killen, Paul Hinson (Magistrate), Mick Young and Dave Clark have given up the Labour whip and sit as Independent Labour councillors. It is now a hung council. Magistrate for 15 years, Paul Hinson, felt that it was wrong that he should be convicting people when the Council Leader Coleman was not being prosecuted for misconduct in public office. He was distressed also by the fact that she was chairman of the Crime Reduction Group. She is also shacked up with the Vice-Chairman of the Police Authority.
MORE ON WINDBAG AND THE RIO PEWF
Several newspapers are claiming credit for exposing the pewf's loan. In fact Punch published details of the pewf's property folio in February 1998. There can be no doubt that alarm bells were ringing in Downing street following the publication and there can be no doubt that the Windbag knew of the Robinson loan then. Indeed it is inconceivable that the Windbag was unaware of the loan in 1996. Knowing this and knowing that Robinson was being investigated by the Department of Trade and Industry the Windbag, for no apparent reason, appointed the pewf as DTI minister. The pewf was then in a position to veto any findings against Robinson. Blair should resign.
You can ignore the latest spin about the Pewf's mortgage. The amount Mandelson borrowed from the building society indicated clearly that he had already received the guarantee of the massive loan from Robinson.
There is another lesson to be learned from these ongoing scandals. Never appoint a pewf to a position of trust. First there was Ron from Welsh Wales looking for black dick on Clapham Common and then lying through his teeth. Then we had that former MP, Matthew Parrish, homosexual or pewf, outing the Rio pewf on television with a glint in his eye. There is vindictiveness in the pewf psyche. There is a lack of honour in their make-up. While we hold no brief for sodomites (as opposed to homosexuals) we are not suggesting that they should be victimised. Don't enter a one legged man in a hundred meters sprint. Don't appoint a pewf to a cabinet post.
MORE ON THE TRAVAILS OF MAURICE KELLETT
The story continues of Councillor Maurice Kellett, 16A the Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear DH5 0HT <justice@jiwalu.demon.co.uk>. In 1986 Maurice crossed swords with British Coal Estates Department. North Eastern Co-operative employed him when he uncovered a Masonic connection between the Chief Executive Norris and the closing of co-op shops in the area. Following a meeting with Norris, Maurice was made redundant. He has been victimised ever since. We reported how he was and his family were victims of criminal offences and how magistrates, police and solicitors took him for a ride. He established that Masons in Sunderland's planning department and in the department of transport, aided and abetted by bent solicitors, were using the local authority to provide profits for developers. Last week he explained how he was able to identify Masons from car registration numbers. There follows his fifth report.
<<<In 1991, with the consent of the planning and public health departments, we created a car park and set up a catering business from a mobile shop on land that we owned. Mr Cope of Houghton-le-Spring Public Health Department immediately visited my wife who was running the business. Cope told my wife that, following a complaint by a local councillor; Sunderland Planning Committee would be paying her a visit. The basis of the rogue councillor's complaint was that he had seen a coal lorry parked on the main road near the site. After being obstructed repeatedly we learned that the rogue was Councillor Samuel Blackburn. Blackburn then informed me that he and his councillor wife Joyce had been concerned about road safety. That was the reason for his complaint. Samuel Blackburn, for reasons that I did not understand at the time, informed us that his son, another councillor, James , "would become a very rich man" if he could develop his land to the south of our site. We were of the view that he could have his complaint against us disregarded if we did not object to his son's planning application.
James Blackburn was a regular visitor to Hetton-le-Hole Masonic Hall. The Sunderland Planning Authority was awash with Masons. Mrs E M Metcalfe, current leader of the Town Council and senior councillor, Maurice Hewitson, denied that there were any Masons on the Town Council. Later it was shown that James Blackburn had failed to declare an interest in connection with the Sunderland Unitary Development Plan. Following this, after I became a councillor, I was assaulted in Hetton Town Council chambers.>>>
GREATER MANCHESTER POLICE
Det.Insp. Cook and Det. Sgt. Baxter are supposed to be investigating a number of complaints against legal firms, judges, court officials, the Legal Aid Board, the Solicitors Indemnity Fund managers and policemen on the basis of evidence provided by a number of individuals. The police have just informed Geoffrey Scriven that they have to refer the matters to a higher authority. The coppers have conclusive evidence. There is no requirement to go to a higher authority. They should present their cases to the Crown Prosecution Service even if their careers are likely to suffer.
